My rear light strips have stopped working. I want to know if they operate on 3 volts per strip or 6 volts, and how many light strips this Bauhn ATVS65-0716 monitor has. Could you please provide a picture of the light strips when they are being replaced so I can get the same ones and replace them?

Hi Lynn, You may try to Use a Lightning to HDMI Adapter (for iPads with a Lightning port) or a USB-C to HDMI Adapter (for iPads with a USB-C port). Connect the adapter to your iPad and then to the TV using an HDMI cable. Set your TV to the corresponding HDMI input.

This method mirrors your iPad's screen directly to the TV without relying on Wi-Fi.

I have a ATV55UHDW-0425 model . I connected the headphones into the 3.5mm socket . I tried all SOUND OUT MODES on the TV. There is no sound coming from any of my headphones.

Hi Helmut, Have you tried using the headphones with another device, such as a phone or laptop, to confirm they are working properly? Also, please ensure that the TV volume is turned up and not muted. Additionally, check if there is a separate volume control for headphone output in the TV’s audio settings menu.

Hi, have you tried "rebooting" , unplug TV from the wall? When I had lines on the screen horizontal, unplugged, then after 30sec., plug back in, the TV will start up from the introduction screen, hope this might help.

There could be I haven't tried sorry, BUT, I had horizontal lines, thought the TV needed to be replaced, so unplugged everything, that fixed my problem, so maybe, a " reboot". Is in order. Hope that helps.

My BAUHN TV reference ATVS65-815 is glitching. It goes black suddenly and very often. it seems like it resets itself. After a few seconds going black it gets back to normal only for a few minutes to do the same again.

Is there any update available? if there is one, would that resolve the issue?

In Australia Tempo do the software upgrades but they have stopped upgrades for my 2015 model so probably likely they have for the 2016 as well.

As everyone would be aware who has this TV, the audio is absolute horseshit. I can’t find an “audio out” option or a headphone Jack. Only an “audio in” option. The very thought that someone would want to play any audio through this hollowed out styrofoam cup, is blasphemy.

Am I missing something or should I just set fire to the TV and listen to that?

Is there an upgrade to the firmware for this TV? Also, I've been trying to use a third-party IR app to control the TV. Does anyone happen to know which app works with this TV? Zaza remote and other apps seem to default to only one model of Bauhn which only turns power on and off. Can't get any of the other functions.
