Can you get replacement parts
Im using a pre-made bread mix and gollowed instruction on its box, however being a dourdough theres no cook option for that. I selected white bread but now finding while baking my bread is pushing open the lid. Anyone else having this issue or reccomendations on how to stop it from happening again. I used a 600g bag of flour which produces a 600g loaf and 1 5 tspns of yeast as stated.
Trying to make banana bread ,but the Machine keeps stiring and resting and then back to stiring it never moved to any other setting so my bread never baked

My standard white loaf recipe was, in order, 7g sugar, 7g dried yeast, 7g Lautke bread improver, 450g Lautke baker's flour, 7g salt, 315ml water. Bake on white loaf, med crust, 1150g(?) loaf.
I accidentally set my bread,aker fir. 1kg loaf instead of a 750 gm loaf. What can I do now there is 40 minutes of cooking time left
