Aldi's carpet cleaner Model# VC385S, is OK but, I have to ask why the tiny black filter is so small and they only provide the consumer just on (1). Their after sales support tel# 1800/898-750 just hangs up without any notice. Where can you purchase the little tiny black filter, thank you?

ALDI Service should be able to help, but it is a re-badged Wertheim machine so their parts should fit if you can figure out the matching Wertheim model.

My tank is broken, can i order a replacement?
My machine won’t release it cleaning water. I starting using with more problems then it just stopped releasing the cleaning water. I’ve checked & rechecked, everything is clicked in correctly but still no water release, any suggestions?

I'd suggest calling Aldi first. They did appear to be a rebadged Wertheim machine which may have since been superseded. Godfreys appear to stock one or two Wertheim models and may have replacement parts that suit this Aldi one.
How do you refix the spring, washer & black connector on the clean water tank to enable reinstallation into the Carpet Cleaner ?
