Review back catalogue in the Aldi website or method of payment statement as proof of purchase. I am a customer who has refunded within the Aldi days return policy as goods were undamaged & packaging in tact. I love my tornado mop so i wish you seasons greetings and happy mopping! Customer care at Aldi is excellent, maybe talk to someone there.
How do I get this mop to work please? I have filled the bucket into the clean water reservoir, attached the mop to the spindle in the middle, released the spin clamp on the handle and pushed the mop up and down. It barely gets wet and water leaks out of the bucket from the emptying spout. Valerie

Hey there, not sure if the tornado mop and bucket from Aldi they were selling recently was the same one they had a few years ago, but I am super happy with mine! The only problem I have is that I can't find a replacement head and the two I got with it well and truly need replacing. I bought some after market ones that were useable, but kept coming off and Aldi are unable to advise me on where to purchase replacement heads. They say it is because I can't tell them the product code. Can someone please help with info on where I can purchase replacement heads or at least the product code, please??

My Aldi swivel mop has stopped working. The handle has stuck and no longer moves up and down or swivels the mop head round and round. It is not very old and worked well for a while till it suddenly locked. Is there any way I can get it moving smoothly again?
Len, I experienced the exact same problem after only using the mop & bucket one time prior. I even stripped down the mechanism, but there were plastic bits chewing into other plastic bits, and no way to repair. I returned the goods back to Aldi, and they gave me a full refund. I didn't keep my receipt but I did have several poor online reviews to verify my claim.

I purchased mop &bucket from Aldi about thee weeks ago and haven’t been able to work out how to use it, mop doesn’t spin dry. My friend also bought one so I rang her for advice and she couldn’t use her product either. Please advise us or refer us to video on how to use, also can we get a refund?
To spin dry you need to have handle in the unlocked position. The black plastic tube which controls the locking device, is located on handle about 46cm from mop base. Twist to left to unlock. Twist to right to lock. Hope this helps. Cheers Kristine

I have one of these as well. the handle attachment to the mop keeps coming off and now I have only one of the white screw things that attach to the mop head. Most disappointed with the product. Can I get a replacement please. If I can't I am never going to buy these products from Power Force. And another thing the spray bottles for the power force are useless. Don't' spray as they should
