Hmm don’t know… but it’s just a rebadged mistral rice cooker. Same instructions. I found it on the internet, probably the same error codes.
I have one of these rice cookers but I am not able to cook rice that can be eaten. I was the rice in cold water 2 cups of jasmine rice and water to the correct line but the rice boils non stop for over 1 hr and it becomes mush What am I doing wrong or is the cooker faulty it is only about 6 mths old.

Did you click white rice to cook. Did you put the same ratio of water . 2 cups of rice 2 cups of water?
Yeah that’ll make mush. 1 cup jasmine rice, rinsed. 1 cup & 1 maybe 2 tbsp water, cook on whit rice setting. Let it sit for 10 minutes with out opening after it says finished. Always works a treat for me. Some rice need a cup & half of water to each cup of rice, some 1 cup only. Try till you get just right for you

Used my rice cooker to steam about 4 times now the steamer tray has shrunk!! It just drips into the water. Any ideas??

What size is the measuring cup that comes with the Aldi rice cooker . Lost mine need to substitute with another measure
I lost mine too but can help with the ratio. 1 cup rice plus 3 cups water and it will be perfectly cooked!
If you are asking about the Ambiano Professional Digital Rice Cooker (Model ARC509), the size of the cup that comes with it is 160 ml.
I do the same ratio of rice and water. Use any cup you like measuring cup is good
