We have the new Aldi smart watch. How do you stop the Alarms from going off. Even when disabled in the App the alarms are still triggered?
There are x3 alarm times you can set, these are all disabled but the alarms go off. You cant delete the x3 slots either. The only option we have right now is to set all x3 alarms to the same time and set to only come on for 1 day.
We have reset the watch, updated the app, on the latest FW.
It’s an Apple pro Max 17 the watch is connected too.
I hope someone can sort the alarms out!
Afraid I don’t have the answer, but I came across your question while searching for help because my daughter is having exactly the same issue with her Aldi smart watch! So take some comfort that you are not alone!
My Smart Watch is about 6m old and it keeps turning on and off in a loop, Ive tried all sorts of restarts, deleting App, disconnecting from Bluetooth etc to no avail. Please advise Monika S.

Hi there, My AFTWS0521_LE will only connect as AFTWS0521 to my phones Bluetooth. It will not connect as the AFTWS0521_LE through Rdfit it keeps timing out and saying connection failed. Is this an age thing or can I fix this so that it connects properly please?
Also in pairing my phone asks to confirm if there is a 6digit code displayed on the device though I can't seem to see the code anywhere on the watch.
Any help is appreciated please

You can set alarms on the app itself. When the set time is up, the watch will alert. You can set up to 3 alarms.

I recently purchased the bauhn smart watch with interchangeable strap I have an iPhone and I followed the user guide to set it up did everything in the GloryFit app and I can only seem to receive phone calls on my watch no other notifications will come through and I bought it just for that when I’m at work

Hi Susan, From the home screen, tap and hold the watch face until it shrinks slightly, then swipe left or right to browse through the available watch faces. Tap on the one you'd like to apply to change format.

That's NOT the question I asked. How long will the watch run for AFTER it has been charged? A day? A week? A month?
I have the AFTWS-1224. AM I able to save my favorite watch faces only and remove the default ones in the phone app? Thanks you
Not to my knowledge. There are only two watch faces you can save; the first one from your own photo gallery and the last one from the app’s extensive watch face gallery. The other default ones can’t be removed, which is a shame because I never use them.
