How do I put the watch on silent so it doesn’t ring during meetings?

I have a number of AFTWS-1224 watches as I wanted multiple straps and chargers. After a few months, every single one has had one of the band-locking corner pieces on the casing break. The watches work perfectly but I cannot wear them as the bands will not stay secured to the watch. What can I do?

My Baugh smart watch only records restful, light, REM and awake categories. Does that mean I am not getting Deep Sleep?

My 3yr old Aldi Bauhn Smart watch used to keep perfect time without my having to turn the GloryFit App on. Now it’s always 1-3 hours behind unless I have the app always open-running on my phone which drains my phone fast. Why did this suddenly change?

We have the new Aldi smart watch. How do you stop the Alarms from going off. Even when disabled in the App the alarms are still triggered?

There are x3 alarm times you can set, these are all disabled but the alarms go off. You cant delete the x3 slots either. The only option we have right now is to set all x3 alarms to the same time and set to only come on for 1 day.

We have reset the watch, updated the app, on the latest FW.

It’s an Apple pro Max 17 the watch is connected too.

I hope someone can sort the alarms out!

My Smart Watch is about 6m old and it keeps turning on and off in a loop, Ive tried all sorts of restarts, deleting App, disconnecting from Bluetooth etc to no avail. Please advise Monika S.

Hi there, My AFTWS0521_LE will only connect as AFTWS0521 to my phones Bluetooth. It will not connect as the AFTWS0521_LE through Rdfit it keeps timing out and saying connection failed. Is this an age thing or can I fix this so that it connects properly please?

Also in pairing my phone asks to confirm if there is a 6digit code displayed on the device though I can't seem to see the code anywhere on the watch.
