We have had this dishwasher for about a year. Right now it turns on you choose you program and it starts to work then lights will flash it will beep 3 times and then flick off. It will then every few minutes turn on beep three times and then switch off again. We have tried resetting it, turning it off at power, looked if there were any blockages but nothing works. Can you suggest what to do please.

We bought the dishwasher less then 6 months ago. The eco light flashes and beeps and will not finish the cycle. We have tried unplugging the unit and tilting it backwards at least 45 degrees but this hasn't helped.

Where do i find the serial number on the Stirling Dishwasher so i can complete the warranty details?
Hi Terry, For dishwashers, the serial number is on the side of the door. Kindly open the door to see the serial number. It may appear as S/N and it is usually 9-10 numbers. Aldi has these on sale again on 11 November 2023 and I am thinking of buying one as my existing machine has broken down. My concern is that my old machine had TWO spinning water arms, one pointing up from the bottom of the machine, and another from the roof pointing down. This machine seems only to have one spinning arm in the middle of the machine. I wondered if this may be why there are comments from owners that the machine does not clean effectively. Can any owners comment, please? Cheers.

Please How long is this dishwasher likely to last average use ?
We bought this dishwasher and has been used maybe 5 times - each time the program light flashes the whole way through the cycle. The Instruction Manual says 'some element of the dishwasher leaks, call for service" Can you confirm what this is and whether it can be fixed or whether I should return to a store for a refund?

The eco light flashes and when I change programs these lights flash too. It’s new, this being its first operation. It seems to work but the lights flash on every program

Hi we have this Aldi dishwasher and find that our dinner plates are too tall and the spray arm is hitting the plates. Can the top drawer height be adjusted? Thank you
Hi Susan, Yes, the upper basket can be adjusted to accommodate taller dishes in either the upper or lower basket. We bought this dishwasher new and we have done one successful load. We put it on last night and it didn’t run, the eco cycle light is beeping and blinking and when we press the power button, the machine turns itself on and continues the cycle without us pressing the start button... help!?
I unplugged power and hoses from the dishwasher and pulled it out. I tilted it to the left to let all the water leak out. I refitted the hoses and power. Running ok now.
That did actually work but it doesn't explain why it happens in the first place. I sure don't want to be doing that after every cycle.
Where will we find the serial number on this dishwasher?
When you open the door of the dishwasher look along the door seam on the door itself, the bit where it faces the dishwasher side wall when the door is closed. Mine was on the right hand side but I’ve no idea if that’s the standard or if it can swap sides depending on who’s sticking the stickers on that day.
Should the cycle indercator light flash while washer is in operation
Is it the ECO cycle?
No its in 90 minute cycle too it flashes all the way through the cycles.
How to use ???
Turn it on, select a program, select how much load and click start.
