everything back the way it was as I had a gut feeling that he had no idea what was wrong (as I had all intentions of calling someone else) this person took a piece of a part that he wasn't supposed too when putting things back (thank goodness the other technician i called had a replaceable part) lost 220 dollars, took a part of the fridge that was needed and it cost me to have another technician come out to fix my fridge plus the missing part that he took without my knowledge. So please do not use this company.

Follow-up · Turn around time was zilch....they had the new whisk in stock,they gave my old Kenwood a thorough clean and replaced the missing rubber stops on the base ,explaining why they necessary. The new whisk is more efficient than the old one that had started popping spokes from the core.I am a happy little baker once more! Beware - very poor service - rude, ignorant and poor workmanship – I was instructed to take my coffee Machine to this repairer under warranty. Which I did. What a joke. he doesn’t turn up and so I call to see where he is and he says , “no I’m in Campbelltown today and busy and I’m not not coming that way today”. I said that’s not good customer service , why haven’t you called me to let me know? He just says I’ve got 10 other customers to do jobs for and I don’t have time,! After more conversation, where he has no care at all that I’m inconvenienced and an unhappy customer, I say I will pick up now myself and he says no it’s not ready yet, not tested. So I say, clearly he had no intention to deliver today then if it’s not ready, so I’ll pick up tomorrow. He says, well you have to pick up at 7 am or at 4 pm and I say no I have to work and can’t there at those times . After much argument He says OK I’ll deliver tonight at 10pm so I say OK.
Of course he doesn’t show up. When I message at 10.30pm he says “ not tonight. - it’s too late “and I say “ please stop messing me around” and he says he will deliver tomorrow. I say before 12 as I have to go to work… he is not here so I try to ring - no answer - so I use another phone and he answers! Surprised it’s me he finally gets here after 12 and quickly passes Machine to me and goes to leave, I notice the machine is dirty and has thick black glue everywhere and say. “ what is this” he says glue and I say “ you’ve ruined my machine “ he says OK. I say not Ok it’s disgusting workmanship and not acceptable. He just couldn’t care and walk away! I’m dumbfounded by such an attitude! I have now put in a complaint and claim for replacement from the supplier as this was under warranty and rather than get a refund I preferred repair - big mistake that they use this shoddy repairer.
My machine was new and immaculate condition the photos show how he retuned it.scratched, dirty and clumps of rubber glue. Do not use this business.

Great service, quick and cost efficient – Prompt response and professional. Unprofessional – I called All Appliance Repairs and spoke to someone , explained my refrigerator was in need of repairs and was told he was too busy and to call someone else. Great service – My stovetop was broken and I needed someone to fix it ASAP as I have a 1 year old child and could not use it to cook any food. As it was a few days before the Easter break everyone I called was booked for weeks. Stephen from all appliance glady came before the Easter break to fix my stovetop. I wished to have a repair person attend my address to repair my Fisher and Paykal range hood. On the 11th of February, 2022, i received a text message confirming attendance. text message was a phone number for the accounts team [Name Removed]. The phone number was 0404576173. Later this day, a male person by the name of [Name Removed] Lock attended my house and advised me that my range hood required a new part that was going to cost $400. He requested that i pay a deposit of $275. On this day i paid $125 call out fee via credit card through a portable EFTPOS machine. On the 17th of February, 2022 i transferred $275 to account details: BSB 112879 Account number: 488210609. On the 21st of March 2022 [Name Removed] re attended my house. At this time, the part did not work so he left. Since he left he has not refunded my money. I have made inquiries with Fisher and Paykal and he is not an authorized repairer and they are not aware of who [Name Removed] is. I have called both phone numbers and they are both the voice of the male who was in attendance at my house, presumably [Name Removed]. His actions are deceptive for financial gain. Complaint lodged with Fair Trading - will proceed to NCAT

Great service on a public holiday – Technician came to service my fridge and on a public holiday. This was the only company I could find that was open and able to do the job on a public holiday. And Stephen got the fridge and freezer working to. Very pleased

Dishwasher repair – Started with a small drip now have a leak after the repair. Steve left dishwasher unscrewed and disconnected cause he was coming back with an ordered part. Didn't show up for next service. Wouldn't give me a receipt and over charged me, also keep my screws from the dishwasher I did some searching and wish I read all there reviews before calling them out.
