stood around whilst watching my 11 daughter vacuum the room and move her toys and books in the room they weren't cleaning, and even commented how messy their rooms were. Then when they were finished it didn't look that much different to when they started.
So overall it just wasn't a pleasant experience unfortunately. Felt like they just did the minimum and were a bit rude to my mother and kids. I would have thought they could have tried to remove the stains in the carpet without asking for more money at least, or at least help the kids vacuum the room, would have taken 1 minute.
Damaged my leather couch by using a STEAM MOP on it. When I questioned if this was meant to be used on leather, they assured me it was. Continued on and all 6 seats are now damaged.
Needed a section of carpet replaced. Very poor quality workmanship (see photos). Costly and now I have to pay someone to redo. Carpet now lifting as not stuck down properly. They emailed after job completed asking for feedback, gave it twice via email. No response. Would not recommend.

Absolutely horrible- steer clear of All Carpets – The only good thing was the technician turned up on time. Patch job was horrendous at best. that I can live with. After providing them with pictures and speaking to their customer service team regarding having someone to attend and fix they told me that’s the best job I was going to get. I honestly could have done a better job myself and saved the money and hassle dealing with these guys. Terrible workmanship and even worse customer service.
Great service. Really happy with the results – Service was prompt. Had to make changes to my request a number of times but the team catered to my needs perfectly. Carpet was discoloured but still looked much better. See for yourself in the photos!

Happy customer – Great communication, had my carpet stretched and cleaned. The stretching process was explained and what could be achieved due to the carpets age and condition. Cleaning was effective and quick very happy with the end result.
Fantastic carpet stretch and repair – Akash came to stretch our 10 year old carpet which was looking a bit sad with ripples and wrinkles in it. In no time at all he had the carpet looking fantastic and repaired an area of carpet that my cat had tried to dig up. Thoroughly recommended.

Not worth the cost, won't come back to fix issues – DO NOT RECOMMEND. Two small repairs were done well enough, but a larger, more visible one was not attached properly and is coming loose. I have repeatedly asked All-Carpets to come back to fix it and have been ignored. All I want is for them to come back and fix their repair that is coming loose.
They never turned up – They were running over and hour late with no communication whatsoever. I tried calling, texting and emailing with no response. By the time they rang me I was back at work. Not sure how their cleaning is but it doesn't matter if they can't turn up.

the day, it was a no show. I emailed them, called their office, called the mobile phone number I sent the photos to the day before, and sent two text messages to the same number. The 'read' status was on so I could tell she'd seen my texts. I got no reply. 3 hours went by and I called the mobile again. She said sorry, the technician ran into an emergency and she said he also had a look at your photos we asked for yesterday and he said he can't do the job, sorry.

service to be done on 6/5/2024 originally at 10am. but was asked the day before if it was okay if they came on the wednesday instead due to a low supply of chemicals. I said no problem, my partner is home that day for them. they advised on the day they would be there by 11am. They arrived on time, cleaned the rug in the driveway for approx 10 mins, said the deep cleaning was done but the smell is still there, just buy some deodorizer and that should help with the smell. My partner then paid $165 to the wife's pay ID,and they went on their way. My partner put it out the back on a table to allow it to dry in hopes that as it dries it will smell better. After coming home and having a look at it around 7pm tonight I can see that the colour has improved and the stains appear to be gone but it still doesn't smell great. In my opinion a deep clean of a rug should take longer then 10 minutes and if I've paid for deodorizing I shouldn't have to buy an additional deodorizer myself. $165 seems a bit steep for some stain removing a slightly better smelling rug. I then spoke to the customer service person, she was great in the begining, tried to help at first but in the end clearly didnt want to to even try actually get it sorted. the orginal technition was even saying just keep deorizing it. honestly smelt worse then when i got it done. i still havnt been able to put it back into my house. My friend with her good carpet cleaner she uses on her cats urine smells has managed to get rid of the smells. i even said if this was was impossible task why even take on the job or advetise that what you specialize in. i dont know if it all technitions or just the one in the kalkallo/ mickleham area of melbourne. dont risk it!
Will use another provider next time – The carpet looked a little cleaner but if the higher use areas could have used a little more attention as they remained dirty. A simple job left worse off – $250 to fix a separation in a carpet join, the tradesperson just filled the separation with glue. Leaving a 500mm stripe of visible glue! arrived 45 minutes late with no apology. Second they did the worst possible job, the most unprofessional cleaning experience I’ve ever witnessed. He used a vinegar solution which damaged the colour of our couch and then made the smell worse after he left, he left our leather cushions on our floor. I called him explaining that we aren’t happy and he took no accountability. What kind of customer service is this?! So I called HQ to make a formal complaint and to request a refund for the service that they did not fulfil. The man I spoke to told me he would call me back in 5 minutes, he did not. Then I had to follow up with him again, he kept me on hold for 25 minutes. Ultimately not providing any solution or expressing any empathy for the fact that we are making a complaint. Absolutely no care for the customer, just money stealers who claim to know how to clean furniture. Do yourself a favour and do not use this business, they are rubbish people who have no idea what they are doing. Have already file a complaint with consumer affairs who will be investigating them. Down hill – Fourth clean with these guys. They used to turn up when arranged and do a good job. However it is now like dealing with a completely different company. After rescheduling on me 3 times the guy did not turn up. Will not use again.
Terrible customer service – Booked a day. Company asked if they could reschedule as they were nearby on a following day. I said yes if they would waive the travel fee ($120) they said no so I asked to keep my scheduled day as I already had to arrange someone to be at my house because I would be at work. They text me to say they had already rescheduled it so I had to cancel the booking. Terrible customer service and won't be using this company after being stuffed around
Never again. No stars if it was possible – So disappointed. I’d been a loyal customer for many years. Booked a service weeks in advance and scheduled my house move around that. It was cancelled the day before…ok…and rescheduled to earlier that day….fine….but then fully cancelled until two weeks later! Didn’t suit my schedule at all and completely messed me around. No consideration or feedback was offered after the late last minute cancellation. Never use them again!

Night before job was due looked at my emails and saw one cancelling the job as their van was broken down. Sent an email back telling them to forget it!! Waste of money – I wanted my rug cleaned. The guy did it in about 15 mins. Didn’t bother to really spot check the rug. There was still lots of dirt and prickles stuck in the wool. Would definitely never recommend this company. I sent an email with feedback but didn’t hear back. WASTE OF MONEY
