Technician 1 hour and 20 minutes late for there appointment. Unfortunately I could not wait and left for work. They have now tried to charge me $120 for there lateness and informalness. Best of luck getting me to pay for absolute horrible service.

Excellent cleaning result, but the repair work was a bit sloppy. Very responsive communication but, again despite sending photos and clarifications about the repairs needed, the workman didn’t have all materials on hand.

Booked a timeslot for 1pm, had been encouraged to book this day by the receptionist despite having a tight schedule. Technician arrived at 3:20pm(!!), not giving any updates unless I called him and asked. First update said he would definitely be there by 2-2:30 and would have 2 people to complete the job quickly. 3:30 - only using the second person to carry equipment in before doing the whole job by himself, stating his partner was getting lunch. Very minimal apologies or any genuine understanding for how inconvenient it was having to cancel multiple afternoon meetings and to start the drying process 2hrs later than expected. I then expressed my disappointment to the receptionist before paying and was offered the standard 10% discount (offered to everyone for doing feedback), and was assured the manager would call me to discuss - nil calls, nil communication from management whatsoever despite me following up the next day as well. Very disappointing service. Couch looks ok but not at all worth the headache.

Not great work all done to quick did not even get invoice charged $350.00 quote $260.00 being a pensioner – Job not satisfactory one chair is terrible,a very lazy job.

Successful re-stretching of carpet – Very happy with my 2 rooms where the carpet was re-stretched. Looks new again!!! Carpet layer was on time and very professional.

How do ZERO star rating! – Two spots were done at the initial repair and the first one has held up perfectly fine. The second, was so poorly done to begin. Patch was cut too small and you can see the tape underneath it and patch had small fraying on the edges. This is a crap job! issues. I call 5 months after the repair because the crap repair is lifting and frayed. After trying to get a hold of the technician for over a week I heard back from someone in the office (technician is incapable of picking up the phone apparently). I was told that we would have to pay another $150 to get the repair repaired, we paid $250 for the two repairs! This is so disgraceful and I could not be more disappointed by the service. Safe to say I will NEVER trust this company again to do something as simple as their job!

Poorly done…wasted my time and money – Had a small patch repaired, the patch they cut was too small to fit, it’s fraying, there is glue on top, the glue is already failing and the repair is lifting. I wasn’t happy with it when I saw it but it’s just getting worse. After they cancelled my appointment 2-3 times I had a bad feeling, I should have went with another company. I will have to use another company to fix their poor repair job.

Had few stains to remove couple had been there for a year therefore stubborn other stains came out really well .. mostly dog stains which can be difficult the longer left. Overall very pleased. Two staff attended were delightful, thoroughly explained work to be done and worked hard.

Happy customer – I was very impressed with the knowledge and expertise of the way my lounge was cleaned by All Carpets. They were running late but had the courtesy to call me and let me know when they would arrive. I am very happy with the cleaning of my lounge and rug and would thoroughly recommend All Carpets to anyone.

Sam Roy was contracted to clean four chairs for me. It was a terrible job in less than 10 minutes. I complained, and I was promised a full refund, then a partial refund, never got anything back. This company is disgraceful and should be de registered.

Not recommended for commercial / office chair cleaning – We had quite a negative experience, the job started over half an hour late and went for 3 hours (requiring our staff member to stay late into the evening), chairs were missed and many stains weren’t removed, the price was $1k more on the night than what we were given as an estimate. just shy of $2.4K for 29 small office chairs (deep clean), 3 couches (steam and guard) and two armchairs (spot stain and clean). With the late cleaning we were concerned that the chairs would be wet and unusable the next day, prior to starting the job, the technician told me that the seats would be dry and useable in the morning but once he finished at around 7.30pm, he said they may not dry. The next day the chairs were soaking wet and our staff had no seats for work. The technician was incredibly difficult to understand, which further made the process confusing when discussing all of the additional charges. Extremely disappointed by tvs service and the hidden costs. Would not recommend. Also - if you do not accept the hidden costs on site, you pay a cancellation fee……

Good in removing odour – They removed the underlying odour which was very helpful. I’d recommend however initial email inquiry be clear that if applying deodoriser would be an additional cost incurred, which was above the upper end of what I spoke to the lady on the phone.

Could there be any worse way to treat a customer – So we had confirmation of booking by email for a 9.00am appointment. On the day my wife stayed home but they didn't turn up. them for explanation. They can't find the cleaning technician. He's not answering his phone, and hasn't called in sick etc. Nobody knows where he is. The company's confirmation email on the job, says it WILL CHARGE $120.00 if WE are not home when the technician comes. They also invite a "like us" on FB etc. Needless to say, job we've cancelled the job. Wgat we have hete is a Failure to communicate, in spades.

Didn't show up TWICE! – I contacted All Carpets on the 20 March 2023 and sent a photo of my damage for a quote. I accepted the quote and arranged a booking for the 17th April between 9 - 11am. was offered a 10% discount if I wanted to rebook. I was not entirely happy to proceed but did rebook for the 26th April between 2 - 4. I waited till 4:30 and rang yet again. There was no information on where the technician was, why he was late or even if he was coming. At that stage I said forget about it. Had already wasted one and half days staying in for a no show. Totally unprofessional. Also company wanted CASH in hand. I'm always suspicious of this type of operation.

Sadly not able to recommend – At first we were pleased with the initial service,however we paid an extra $90 for scotch guarding which didn't work, and when we asked them to either come back and redo, or provide a refund we heard nothing, despite several contact attempts! So wouldn't recommend sadly

Avoid avoid avoid – I should have read the reviews. I enquired about a clean of my rug, to remove some stains. They quoted a price including a call out. On arrival the technician runs in and says can I see your rug first. Then proceeds to tell me this steam clean is just picking up some dirt and that this would remove my stain. out fee or pay $165 for a clean. I proceeded with the clean because I felt I was getting ripped off paying for nothing. The technician spent less then 10 mins and said he was done. Dried up play doah was still left on the rug, I easily removed after. A good technician would have been provided me with much better results but this guy couldn’t be bothered. I have sought redress from the company, who have ignored me. Save yourself money, go hire the steam machine or buy a hand held device because this company is a joke!!

is a year old and still looked dirty. I took some photos after the wash, the ottoman was washed half way and one cushion was only washed one side. I am very disappointed with the type of service I received from all carpets. Asked for like the job to be redone to no avail.

Wow - Never Ever Use This Company – We had a sofa cleaned. Consultant came in and left streaks on the lounge bottom. He also did not wear a mask - and when questioned the customer service rep told me he has a medical condition, something that I was not made aware of. No consideration was given to the possibility of vulnerable members in my household. After the initial email that didn't offer any proactive solution, I had to call them. They said only one technician in available (the same one) in the your area who can come and clean it again. When I mentioned the mask situation, suddenly he could wear a mask and clean it. Sound a little bit suspicious and made up??? The customer service person was at best dismissive and rude. Oh and it was not cheap $225 Stay away!

come back. When he didn’t show we called head office, we were told he wasn’t in today and was off sick. When we said he had already been to our house they said he was isolating after a covid test. When we asked for a manager they said they were on holidays. We then received a call from the manager saying she was on her lunch break and that they could not provide us with the service they had quoted. We now have been left stranded as they failed to provide us with the agreed service.

Over all a extremely poor experience. Your General manager needs to learn some customer service skills. If this is the standard from your company you should appalled…

Excellent result – The leather Lounges needed a lot of work to clean and condition. Work was carried out promptly, thoroughly and I am very pleased with the results. I Would highly recommend this service.
