About 15 months ago, this company installed a Daikin air con unit with two zones, costing a bit over $11K. We had previously had a Daikin that worked perfectly until it got old. previous one, and we had a lifetime workman guarantee. Nothing could be further from the truth. The unit worked just OK for a year (nowhere near as good as our previous Daikin). After a year, the back of the house never worked properly. On hot days, even at a 16-degree setting, our living area feels like warmish air being blown around the place. We had a lot of trouble getting people to come out in a timely manner. When they eventually came, the air flow in the living area would improve somewhat for a couple of weeks and then go back to not really working. The last time the technicians came, they said that because we had a long, narrow house, the air conditioning in our living area has a longer way to travel, so we can't really expect it to be that effective. I wish they had told us that before our purchase. Our previous unit didn't have that problem because the unit was installed in the middle of the roof, not the end of it. Today was a really hot day, and the living area was measured at 24 degrees on a 16-degree setting. Despite all their so-called warranties, I think I'll try and get another company to try and fix it, as calling out Alliance doesn't fix anything.

I’ve been involved in a few big renovations and can state that the Alliance team were the best group of tradies I’ve ever met. Our A/C installation was expertly done…but just as importantly these guys were courteous, careful, clean and friendly. Don’t bother if you live in housing commission. They don’t insure housing commission tentants. Imagine hearing that when you call. I was dumbfounded. I had to control myself how can a company say that. Sorry I don’t live in no flashy house. Im sorry I live in housing commission.

We hired this company to install an AC unit in our business. When it broke down(frequently), they sent us to a third party who often took days to come out. They have left us for the past week with no AC in our clinic, temperatures are often 29 degrees and above. though we are contacting them daily. They don't reply to us even when they say they will. We don't recommend this company. I did leave a review on google which they replied to almost immediately. Too bad they don't respond to their customers when they say they will, who are left with no air conditioning and expensive bills for replacement mobile ACs for the faulty unit they sold us.

Tommy and Shaad were both professional and efficient. They communicated well throughout the installation process, confirmed operating instructions and cleaned up upon completion. Wonderful service!

The crew from Alliance completed a challenging task replacing my central air-condition located between a concrete slab and gyprock ceiling. In adding they had to locate and replace zone junctions in existing ductwork. I was particularly impressed by the gyprock ceiling repair and placement of new necessary access vents.
