Very concerning. I have an apartment with a Fujitsu ducted system of just over 5 years. My aircon has run perfectly. I just needed a service. [Name Removed] turned up on time and immediately went to the main unit it the roof and advised that I did not have a filter on the return air side. (return filter) he immediately dismissed me telling it was not adequate and I am at risk to pollens and dust. Furthermore my system could malfunction within a short time frame then requiring a total new system of THOUSANDS of dollars. I was quoted $1500 for a small magnetic filter which costs $40 on the net and a further $500 as he needed to install an access panel. I asked him to send the photo that he took of the unit to me and of the space where the internal unit was located which was clean and dust free). I then advised him I would approach the developer and Fujitsu. I was subsequently advised by the developer that installation was correct, the return grille was situated above the front door. A handbook was sent to me advising a simple procedure to clean the filter. Do your homework before you buy..

I used these guys at the beginning of the year to install Mitsubishi MSZ-AP25VG. The installation was in two rooms, with the external unit being on one of the balconies. The whole system with the installation cost ~$7000. Was done within a week of me reaching out to them having the initial appointment to select the system and the installation date. Would highly recommend them and will use them in the future for another property.

About 15 months ago, this company installed a Daikin air con unit with two zones, costing a bit over $11K. We had previously had a Daikin that worked perfectly until it got old. previous one, and we had a lifetime workman guarantee. Nothing could be further from the truth. The unit worked just OK for a year (nowhere near as good as our previous Daikin). After a year, the back of the house never worked properly. On hot days, even at a 16-degree setting, our living area feels like warmish air being blown around the place. We had a lot of trouble getting people to come out in a timely manner. When they eventually came, the air flow in the living area would improve somewhat for a couple of weeks and then go back to not really working. The last time the technicians came, they said that because we had a long, narrow house, the air conditioning in our living area has a longer way to travel, so we can't really expect it to be that effective. I wish they had told us that before our purchase. Our previous unit didn't have that problem because the unit was installed in the middle of the roof, not the end of it. Today was a really hot day, and the living area was measured at 24 degrees on a 16-degree setting. Despite all their so-called warranties, I think I'll try and get another company to try and fix it, as calling out Alliance doesn't fix anything.

Actually, I’d give him 20/10. I could not fault him with any aspect of the job from beginning to end.
Sams level of expertise with air cons, installation and education re after care of the product installed was outstanding. His job was done extremely neatly and was of the utmost highest standard. He was super clean and provided all aspects of his service well above and beyond our expectations.

Recently called to book a yearly maintenance check on Daikan ducted system installed by them. Everything working but just maintenance. Went through to what sounded like an overseas call center. Told me I would not be told the cost until someone had come out and reviewed everything, asked for a general idea of what to expect but was told this could not be done. Cancelled the job and service has definitely dropped.
Don’t bother if you live in housing commission. They don’t insure housing commission tentants. Imagine hearing that when you call. I was dumbfounded. I had to control myself how can a company say that. Sorry I don’t live in no flashy house. Im sorry I live in housing commission.

We hired this company to install an AC unit in our business. When it broke down(frequently), they sent us to a third party who often took days to come out. They have left us for the past week with no AC in our clinic, temperatures are often 29 degrees and above. They have not provided any updates on the date for repair or an interim solution even… Read more
though we are contacting them daily. They don't reply to us even when they say they will. We don't recommend this company. I did leave a review on google which they replied to almost immediately. Too bad they don't respond to their customers when they say they will, who are left with no air conditioning and expensive bills for replacement mobile ACs for the faulty unit they sold us.

Excellent service. Connor rang beforehand to let us know he was on his way which is always appreciated. He was very polite and friendly and came across as very capable. Charles Aylward and his assistant upgraded our electrical switchboard. They were punctual,respectful and diligent . The process took sometime and they were thorough by testing the appliances and I switched.
