I can't honestly understand why companies even use these so called reliable couriers. I had a delivery supposedly due for delivery over a week ago and am still waiting for another scan. I am disgusted by the unreliability of this company with it's lack of updates and lateness of delivery. The reviews on here speak volumes! Show details

Item was picked up scanned in but after that no tracking. Can’t find in warehouse still awaiting outcome to where it is. Sent before easter. Was told when called send an enquiry to raise and if lost they will reimburse or replace. Let’s see what happens. Absolutely disappointing as product is of value Show details

Pickup times? Flexible. Updates? Non-existent. Communication? A distant myth.

We were waiting for a washing machine pickup, which apparently required us to develop psychic abilities because there was zero contact from Allied Express. No call, no message, no “hey, we’re running late,” nothing. Just vibes.

At one point I genuinely wondered if the booking had been sent via carrier pigeon and it just… never made it.

Customer service was equally impressive—in that it felt like shouting into the void and hoping for emotional closure.

All in all, if your goal is to test your patience, question your life choices, and form a deep emotional bond with an unmoving package, Allied Express will absolutely deliver (just not your actual item).

Would not recommend unless you enjoy chaos and unanswered questions.

In find allied express Australia to be a good courier services – I ordered 2 solar panels seperate orders from eBay on a Saturday from same business in NSW TO VICTORIA LATROBE VALLEY both arrived on the following Wednesday morning courier was polite and friendly have a third item I've just ordered from eBay different business that allied express has already picked it up and is in there depot .

What a legend! Super fast delivery too so can’t complain however on the tracking it seems my couch went from NSW to VIC back to NSW and then back to me in VIC in the span of a couple days (perhaps a system error) but honestly very very happy!! Thanks team :) oh and I received messages along the way updating me on where and when of it all which was great!

Need a no star option. Lost my order and were not even looking for it. The item I purchased was 9 days over the estimated delivery date so I called Allied Express and provided the tracking number. They confirmed what I could already see on their tracking website, that the item was scanned into their depot 16 day before and had not moved since.… Read more

They told me they would start an investigation. I asked why they had not already started one as surely they can see, or run reports on, undelivered items. They said yes, they do run daily reports that show items that have not been scanned out or in to depots or delivered. I asked why then do they wait for the receiver to enquire before starting an investigation? The answer was basically 'we can't be bothered'. That it's just easier to wait for the receiver to let them know then manage the item. But that's the job isn't it? Freight logistics. Managing the items you are entrusted to deliver. What an appalling business behavior. 9 days past delivery, they know it hasn't been delivered but do nothing. If the business you are considering buying from uses Allied Express, look elsewhere.

On my Temple and webster order delivered last week, the item was arrived with torn, crushed, and wet packaging; contents were exposed (see photos). The assembly manual was missing, so I can’t confirm all parts or complete assembly. my dominant hand. I am a surgeon and now unable to work today because of their negligence. They offer no flexible delivery times (Mon–Fri 9–5 only) and give false reassurances. Avoid this company at all costs – they are careless, unsafe, and not worth the risk.

Have recently had 3 deliveries from Allied Express through 3 different online retailers and the boxes are either so roughly handled, they are damaged (torn open, dented, crushed) or the contents are damaged as a result. They will deliver whenever suits them despite advising clients of a date that the clients then plan their schedule around. Imagine being advised that delivery is June 25/26 then advised the date has been moved to June 11/12, so you make plans to be out of town on June 6-8 and then get delivery notice on the morning of 7 June (Saturday) and you're 2.5 hours out of town, or worse, in Melbourne (a 4-hr flight) or wherever! Over $1000 of merchandise left at your door, exposed to the weather and to thieves. And then your security camera shows how roughly they've handled your furniture whilst unloading it off the van and the box is damaged when you get home. Allied doesn't care. An absolutely crap-rate company. I've told retailers to stop using them and even made Temple & Webster reimburse me over $200 for the delivery fee, which they did. Do better, MUCH BETTER, Allied Express!!!!!!!

Will not be using ever again. ACCC complaint filed against scammers that are constantly overcharging for services without proof. I measure boxes myself!!! I know their dimensions!!!! Stop overcharging its scam disguised as a service!!! Had enough!! have no way of moving these . I literally can’t budge them over a door frame - they are inches away , but might as well be kilometres .

Be very aware that Temple and Webster use this company and your furniture isn’t actually delivered inside your home .

Maybe better to buy from a big company if you need a hand with heavy boxes , because chivalry is obviously dead

small 62yo woman. The driver could have used his hydraulic lifter but chose to move the parcel to the lifter. This occurred in March this year (2026). I wrote to Allied Express because of my injury and the Industry Standards not being practiced. They ignored me. I even sent emails to their customer service information account and they replied that the email is not monitored (???)

 Follow-up  · After several attempts to warn Allied Express of -some of- their drivers breaching OHW&S laws, I still never heard back from them. I was injured after having to help lift my 60kg+ carton over a metre high wall.

one package was for her partner. The driver was going to leave but she insisted that only one parcel was addressed here and All the others were for other customers. He rang his head office and was told to take them all back to the depot. As it was too heavy for him to reload by himself he looked at my partner a woman in her mid sixties and said in a stern voice ‘ you help ‘ so she did. Allied Express clearly have no regard for OH& S and their drivers lack training in basic OH& S practices. My package is now at Kingaroy an hour and a half from here and will not be delivered until next week. Very poor service and I have made a formal complaint and requested a call from Allied Expesses WH&S representative.

 Follow-up  · I have had no response whatsoever from Allied Express. Discussed.

Allied delivered an expensive consignment (on a pallet) on a Friday without any one to receive the delivery (office/warehouse unmanned that day). We received no notification that the item was out for delivery only that it had been received into… Read more

their warehouse in VIC the day prior (was coming to NSW). On Monday, turned up to work and the electronics consignment had been sitting outside in the weather in front of our warehouse over the weekend with delivery status still reporting NOT DELIVERED. (Otherwise, would have rushed to our office/warehouse).

Very fortunate the consignment was not stolen or vandalised. Follow up with vendor, they confirmed item was still showing NOT DELIVERED on the Monday. Requested POD from Allied, they sent a picture of 'scribble'. After registering my complaint, the status was changed to DELIVERED and Allied then attempted to report the consignment was 'Authorised to Leave' (really - a pallet) and they had sent an email and a message (but can't provide any proof of those claims).

Never again, they just refuse to accept responsibility.

 Follow-up  · Reported issues on the day the shipment was found to be delivered without notification and without authority to leave (who would authorise leaving a large 15K engraver unattended and in the weather). My parcel was marked “onboard for delivery” and I was explicitly told by customer service that it would be delivered the next day. After following up, I was told it had merely been “requested” to go out and that operations would respond within 24 hours. This alone shows a serious lack of internal coordination. The next day, it was finally marked “onboard for delivery” at 10:57 AM with an expected delivery by COB.

I then wasted an entire day waiting — again — and by the end of the day, it was still showing “onboard for delivery” with no delivery, no update, and no communication whatsoever.

This is not just a delay. This is a complete failure of basic delivery service standards. “Onboard for delivery” is clearly meaningless in your system, and there is zero transparency when deliveries are missed or pushed back. Customers are left waiting all day with no clarity, no accountability, and no respect for their time.

On top of that, the website is incredibly poorly designed. It is difficult to use, especially on mobile, and makes even simple actions like tracking or submitting requests unnecessarily frustrating. For a company handling logistics, this level of digital experience is frankly unacceptable.

This is especially unacceptable when people rely on these deliveries for essential items. The entire process feels disorganized, unreliable, and reactive rather than professional.

I strongly urge Allied Express to fix these issues:

* Accurate and reliable tracking updates * Clear and proactive communication when deliveries are missed * A properly designed, mobile-friendly website * Proper prioritization of parcels that were not delivered as promised

Until these issues are addressed, this level of service is not acceptable. I will not be purchasing from any business that uses Allied Express again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them unless they are prepared to deal with delays, poor communication, and a lack of accountability.

Recent slipped disc - bad back.. bought a mattress to help (door to door delivery). Mattress went missing, found 6 days after supposed delivery date at local petrol station. Had to get trailer and collect myself. No accountability or regret- don't use them! Show details

The office in Townsville closes at 3pm so she could not call them and she is not allowed to give out the Townsville office number. Was on board for delivery, said delivering today anytime between the morning and 7pm. 7pm rolls around, no delivery. 9am I call the next morning, “delivery man forgot sorry, will be delivered today”. 1pm today now delivered, blocked security door so I had to squeeze arm through to move the 20kg+ box over, couldn’t bother ringing the doorbell or nothing. and it is still sitting here. It has been sitting outside our business since the 12/02/26 not only with the rest of the consignment but by its self waiting. This is absolutely unacceptable, complete incompetence
