Great service and communication, particularly the people who dropped our cube off when packing and delivering. We sailed through Australian customs - only one box of shoes was checked (that I had cleaned thoroughly, so no drama there). My boxes survived the travel pretty well. There wasn't significant damage. A couple of my items were damaged but that was due to the heat which is out of everyone's control.

We used sevenseas to move our stuff from the UK to Melbourne. Sevenseas were really helpful before our shipment left the UK. Tracking was really good as we could see where our stuff was. decided to pay for the premium insurance for peace of mind. I’m glad I did, although in the end every single item arrived safe and in perfect condition. The whole process was stress-free, and I always felt supported with clear communication and easy-to-follow instructions. I also called them for reassurance quite often throughout the entire process, and every time they were patient, helpful, and happy to answer my questions. During the transition I also changed delivery address, as I received a house approval before my shipment arrived, and since it was nearby the original address there were no problems or extra charges. Payments were simple to manage through their website, and the tracking kept me updated the whole way through. There were some emails back and forth to ensure I had included all of the correct documentation and this was very helpful. There have been multiple updates with where my movecube is and what the next action will be. Once the movecube was on route, the tracking was brilliant and the kids loved seeing where it was travelling on the map.
