are brilliant & get back to you mostly on the same day & keep you updated with what's happening with your shipment. The call center staff are there ALL DAY EVERY DAY & really helped me with a few issues I had with customs & Itemising things etc. They explain things so as you can easily understand them & make sure everything is correct before your shipment goes.

All in all I think Seven seas customer service & VALUE for money are EXCELLENT

Seven seas customer service has been excellent. They have been friendly, polite and very informative when asked questions. They are always available to give instructions as to how to fill out customs forms and documents. Our boxes were picked up at the designated time and date and we have been kept up to date with the shipping process. around though. A substantial amount of our items arrived broken. Whilst these items held no real monetary value, but they were sentimental enough for us to pack to move to China. Disappointed with the response from customer service, when we sent the photos. We weren't after an insurance claim, but it felt like they passed the buck on who was responsible, blaming the Chinese couriers.

Second time i used this company. On the whole, very good. I shipped 5 boxes from UK to Australia. Communication was good. Dropped boxes off, collected on time, delivered on time. customer service quickly and they helped straight away. Other times I called customer service the wait was very long (30 minutes). Also, with regard to drop off, I had be told they deliver to your door on my preliminary inquiry, however customer service later told me that they do not do stairs. However, on arrival the delivery driver was exceptional and took boxes up a flight of stairs and into my apartment. Also, he refused a tip. I think Seven Seas should be clearer on this. Other criticism is the costs. I paid in the UK (GBP) which I thought was total cost of shipping boxes. However, when boxes arrived in Australia, I was hit with another AUD300 in costs. This was probably my fault for not reading all the paperwork, but I wish the total costs were given at the start. On the whole, pretty good service and I would use again

However I quickly realised I could just call Seven Seas's support hotline and received professional guides and answers to whatever enquiries i might have. One thing that I was most grateful of was when I was notified of a mistake I had made on my declaration. Fortunately their online documentation system was so advanced that allowed me to made the correction and resubmit.Being able to prepare all the required documents online was a tremendous help since I do not have access to a printer. being sent. Customer Service seemed to take this very seriously but subsequent communication with Seven Seas makes me suspicious how seriously they tried to find the box. Money can not replace the things that were in that box lost by Seven Seas. Be very careful who you trust with your posessions.

2. Don’t provide the door-to-door service advertised. Despite being a shipping and logistics company with strict health and safety rules for box weight a single flight of stairs is too much for these delicate flowers.

I was informed a day before pick-up that I would need to get the boxes downstairs and leave them in public space between 8am and 8pm – the window of pick up I was given. This unsecure and impractical situation I thought was probably because pick up was done by UPS, a company known in Berlin for its unreliability and belligerent staff.

In Melbourne I thought that common sense and customer service would prevail. But no when I booked the delivery I was informed that staff could not bring the boxes up the small flight of stairs because it would delay their schedule. In a follow-up email it was implied that I was willfuly endangering the wellbeing of Seven Seas staff by requesting that the 11 boxes be brought upstairs. This is gaslighting. It doesn’t work on me and it doesn’t behoove Seven Seas. When the delivery arrived, I still had hope that practicality and kindness would prevail but no, I was left with a job begun on the other side of the world, costing thousands of euros and 5 months UNFINISHED.

3.Goods stunk of cigarette smoke. One of my boxes of clothes was so pungent with cigarette smoke that it stunk out my whole flat. I wondered how this was even possible given the boxes were carefully sealed with tape but saw that in fact on the journey, someone had put a large gash down the side of the box.

I have used Seven Seas Worldwide a number of times and have always found them to be very helpful. There is always someone available 24/7 for advise. I used a cube to send my items from Australia to France. The drive was on time and particularly helpful at pick up. Base on my experiment I would recommend them. Show details ·  1

Fast and helpful. From drop-off to pickup seven seas has been efficient and updated thoroughly, updating any document errors that needed to be amended and sending details of our shipment via email and our account. We just moved 10 boxes of our belongings from Australia to the UK. The empty box drop off and subsequent pick up were great, the guy we spoke to in Australia was so helpful and friendly. Exceptional service from beginning to end.
