If the man delivering the 4 boxes to my apartment could be a bit more helpful and humanized to place them a bit further into the living room, that would facilitate me, as a weak elderly person, to take time, gradually unload and unpack them. I had to unload them as soon as possible, that hurt , aggravating my existing muscle and joint aches. Door to door delivery can be serviced in a more human way.

A large Cube for overseas. Every thing was done in a very orderly fashion, from original booking/quote, the online forms required for customs, collection and delivery. I had to call the online help line re change of address details, they were excellent help. Tracking system enabled me to keep up to date on my Cubes progress. (France). - Great flexibility to be able to change contact details and delivery address until the last minute. - Logistical precision up to the delivery time. Our boxes took four months to arrive which was the estimates timeframe given right at the beginning. They arrived at destination within a given 1 hr window! - Granular insurance process so you can protect only what matters. - None of our boxes showed any sign of mismanagement or exposure to water, everything inside arrived as it was packed. - Ability to see the exact location of the ship during the whole journey. Only improvement feedback would the tracker map window which could be improved (using Chrome on iPhone).

customer service quickly and they helped straight away. Other times I called customer service the wait was very long (30 minutes). Also, with regard to drop off, I had be told they deliver to your door on my preliminary inquiry, however customer service later told me that they do not do stairs. However, on arrival the delivery driver was exceptional and took boxes up a flight of stairs and into my apartment. Also, he refused a tip. I think Seven Seas should be clearer on this. Other criticism is the costs. I paid in the UK (GBP) which I thought was total cost of shipping boxes. However, when boxes arrived in Australia, I was hit with another AUD300 in costs. This was probably my fault for not reading all the paperwork, but I wish the total costs were given at the start. On the whole, pretty good service and I would use again

The round-the-clock contact hours and wealth of information on the process and what to expect was a real comfort. The boxes they sent were such good quality and the guys who came to pick them up were all remarkably jolly and helpful, which meant it was one less thing to worry about in my move across the world. Show details ·  1

The website was so bad - impossible to estimate even ballpark difference between quote and final charges due to weight. My charge went up 69% from the "quote." actually the worst website I've encountered, packed with distracting marketing pictures of happy people starting a wonderful new life in a new place. It needs to be much simpler and focused on practical matters. The customer service people on the telephone were human beings and helped untangle the absurdities of the website. For instance, I had to re-enter all information on 15 boxes because I had put [$10] instead of [10]. Who knew? It took me and the customer service guy 40 minutes to figure this out.

Horrible experience. I wouldn't wish this company's service on my worst enemy. Months late on delivery despite receiving reassuring information from customer service along the way. at all. They rely on volume and treat you were total disrespect if things don't work out. They take no responsibility and you can see how they treat customers by their answers to negative reviews on this website.

make it clearer that pick up driver will not step into the house as ( due to circumstances) I had to drag 9 boxes to the door on my own ( 69 year old pensioner) while the driver stood and watched !!!

Overall the service provided was excellent. Goods were easy to keep track of and excellent updates. Prompt and friendly communication from the drivers. I stopped short of 5 stars because the site is purely set up for relocating house items, whereas I wanted to move a large shipment too big for airfreight that I'd purchased. circles with emails back and forth until it was escalated higher up the chain, at which point things got sorted quickly. If you provide such an option on the initial query on your website (shipment of purchased items) with a link to the applicable customs paperwork I feel you could attract a lot more business and I'd happily award 5 stars. I would use again all the same :)

Small shipment of 3 boxes sent from us in Essex in the UK to us in South Australia. Clear concise instructions from Seven Seas from start to finish. Any phone and email questions were answered promptly and accurately. Additional advice was volunteered by Seven Seas at one point to facilitate movement through Customs.
