DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY I ordered a computer about a week ago then I receive an email saying they are having financial problems. Not only only are they not sending me the computer but they are also not going to refund me. I know they have a lot of positive reviews but I am positive that they are scammers and again if they are having financial problems why are you still able to order computers from them to this day ?.

Absolute worst products, honestly I’ve got stuff off Temu that have been better than these products. Do not buy it!! Bought a PC from these guys 2 years ago, I was fooled into purchasing due to the reviews which I realised after purchasing were obvious fakes. Within a few months I got the blue screen of death a few times and the liquid cooler stopped working. I sent the PC back and they claimed everything was working fine. turns itself off randomly and I get the blue screen of death. Conveniently my 2 year warranty ran out in April this year, I should have requested a refund as the PC was never working like it was supposed to but I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they actually fixed it. I’ve spoken to a few people who have had the same issues with this company but they do a good job of drowning out the negatives with the fake “quality quality quality” reviews lol. Do not purchase from these guys.

are currently chasing this on my behalf as it had to be escalated before Allied Gaming would agree to give a refund.

**ORIGINAL REVIEW: The computer we received did not work - it would not power on. Being a Christmas gift for my son I was incredibly stressed that as of the 22/12, it appeared that it was dead on arrival. Honestly, I felt physically ill as this was not a purchase that was easy to make, it took a lot of careful planning to be able to afford this computer and it was the only gift I had for him.

2 days out from Christmas and I was left with some of the worst troubleshooting advice and potentially having to try and arrange a refund for the $2,500 it cost me to buy what was looking like an oversized paperweight.

Proof in the form of photos were provided: The power cord plugged in and turned on - The black switch on the back of the PC turned on with the cord plugged into the back - No lights or fan movement when turning the PC on with the power button on the side of the tower - Screen plugged in via the HMDI port in the back GPU socket (not the motherboard above), showed no signs of life from the PC.

They asked for photos again after I had already provided them. Sent me this insane troubleshooting list that required me to pull apart the computer from the inside out to try and find the source of the issue myself. Asking if I had a spare power cord on hand that would fit the computer... I did not. The whole reason I purchased this computer was so I didn't have to custom build it myself as I do not have the skillset required.

After a near mental breakdown at the thought of having no gift for my son on Christmas, I had to call a family member for help. They had to bring their own power cord over from their own tower. We managed to get it to switch on briefly before it froze up during a Microsoft update, we are now back to a computer with no power, regardless of which power cord is used, it's dead.

No Christmas present and no refund to purchase a replacement.

The lesson here is to stick with local businesses where you can physically pick up the computer and visit the store if something isn't right, and if you must order online, order well before November if you can financially do so.

I never leave reviews on anything, no matter how bad the experience was, because everyone has a bad day from time to time, cr#p happens. I have no doubt that these folks are working hard and likely overtime around Christmas, mistakes happen, but for a brand new $2,500 computer to be dead on arrival, leaving me fighting for a refund is not acceptable.

Absolutely gutted.

 Follow-up  · Refund was received with the assistance of PayPal (I doubt I would have been successful if I had used my credit card directly). Customer service was not fantastic. through their range of pre-built and custom built pc's was easy, with navigation of their website being no issue at all.

The sales rep Christian that I dealt with was fantastic, answering the smallest/stupidest of questions. While there was a wee delay in shipping, he was reassuring and understanding.

The computer itself is an absolute monster, with a 7800x3d and 9070xt, it plays anything and everything I can think to throw at it. The build quality is top notch and I genuinely couldn't be any happier with my purchase (I even convinced my step dad to buy the exact same pc!)

With the 2-year warranty as standard, I am confident in recommending Allied to anyone shopping for pre-built or custom built pc's.

it was in the 1st day of 2-7 day processing period. Which I understood and bore in mind that other orders were present. No emails followed through after that point that it got the 7th day of the 2-7 day processing period. I had to email myself on the 8th day, which was outside the quoted time frame. I had no emails of my order being shipped or dispatched, I emailed and asked what is going on with my order. They replied and said that my order was ready but “did not make it onto the delivery van from their end”. It is now in transit to my nearest delivery facility, which has no been updated to arrive next week. Which would make it 3 weeks from purchase date. This is disappointing as this was meant to be a gift that I thought would have been here on time but it is not going to make it. I read many reviews saying that the communication was great and delivery was quick. No one mentioned that the $200 priority fee would make this much of a difference. I’m still yet to try the pc which I’m sure will be what it is meant to be, but in terms of the order process it is quite a mess in my experience and it’s something that I will not get nothing back for except for a “I am sorry this has happened to you” from them if I am lucky.

packaging? Why should I keep such large boxes for 2 straight years? Do not worry about any of that. Relax. Take a deep breath, get in touch with Allied Gaming and let them know what the problem is. They will ask plenty of questions and troubleshoot with you until you’re both satisfied with what could be wrong. In my case it was the power supply. 6mths down the track and my PC suddenly shuts down, then creates a large spark and surges the power in my entire home when I try turning it on again! Doesn’t matter, I got my electricity sorted at the power box, and my first assumption was the power supply dying on me. Allied Gaming offered to have my PC sent to them for repair then sent back, but I opted for them to send me a new power supply and install it myself. It came so quickly, I was without a working PC for only 3 days!!! They gave me instructions and photos if I needed them, but as it turned out, it was easier to swap power supplies than I expected. I was so impressed with how quickly I could get in touch with Allied Gaming and sort out the issue effectively. I feel even more at ease for the remainder of my warranty period knowing that if anything were to ever go wrong again, it’s not going to be a major issue.

Australia. I didn't hear back from them, and guess so? My PC that was coming from SA to WA, has been in an Australian Post warehouse since the 3rd of February. I contacted Australian post, it was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but it will late, and they don't know how long it will take to delivery something that it is 30min far from my home. So, I as I contacted Allied Games giving feedback about Australian Post and didn't hear from them, I am giving 1 star to the service till the present moment, for the poor choice to choose a company like Australian Post as their unique freight company.

UPDATE: Christian from Allied did answer my email, but from a different inbox. So, it went to my spam folder, and I couldn't see it. All good from Allied side, he called me straight away after my review, and clarified some information. 5 starts till now for Allied, Auspost continues with a -10 starts, since they are the trouble. I will continue recommending companies to offer more freight options since Australian Post isn't reliable at the moment.

The PC I bought 2 years ago is a good quality. It is not the best or perfect, BUT The support I received from Allied Gaming has been amazing. All my concerns about the PC and it's build, including upgrading many components as my PC was growing with me were met. I am content and happy with my PC and Allied Gaming Support. My PC performs great! So there is little to no compromise on the build itself, despite it being a very small form PC. Show reply

Customer service is relatively quick in response but so far I haven’t had much help, I’m from wa so sending my pc back wouldn’t be an option for me as I use it for study and work! Computer didn't start after spending 2.5k on it. Had to reinstall a bunch of things. There was a clicking noise, lack of washers on screws. I recommend buying pc parts yourself and building so, I was lazy and wanted to pay others to do it. Do yourself so you can only blame you.

and make sure it was causing the faults. Once it was confirmed that it was broken, they promptly issued a new HDD storage replacement. The Allied Gaming Support team has consistently been helpful and accommodating by sending detailed instructions and video/photo examples so that we could carefully and successfully remove and replace delicate items in the computer. I've never had a poor experience with this team and company and they've always been quick to act with any issues we may have had. Cannot recommend them enough!

took 13 business days to deliver as compared to the expected 2 - 7 on their website. This may just be a one off due to external factors however (The PC arrived in perfect condition and was very well secured).

When using this PC, it will almost always run 60fps+, and with an average of around 100 and a maximum of around 350 depending on the game.

Would definitely recommend this as your first gaming PC if you have the money.
