DO NOT SHOP HERE! – Julie Sheldrick is a scam artist. She makes contact after purchse for you to pay the extra shipping cost then never contacts you again. She doesn't reply to emails and the phone number is routed through a call centre that "passes on a message". I have been scammed out of just under $3000, no product no refund. I have reported her to my bank, her UK counterpart, Scamwatch, and the police. If you have a tip on getting back my money, let me know.

Do not give these people your money. There should be a zero rating star – Once they have your money you will be ghosted. Ordered $2330 worth of the most lovely stools...(which we will never have the pleasure of using) 5 months ago, without checking reviews first. Foolish me. Have sent many emails, made many calls....No response by email, no response by phone. Have lodged a complaint with the ACCC. They have referred me to the NSW Dept of Fair Trade. Hopefully they will be able to take these people into account.

Great Communication – I ordered a chair from Allissias Attic and was concerned after reading negative reviews about delivery times and product quality. I cannot fault the communication I had when enquiringly about my order. I received the chair today and am very happy with it.

No delivery, no refund, no communication – Placed order kept getting promised delivery dates. After months of this, requested refund and communication stopped. They string you along until it's too late to request cashback on credit card. Phone number is just an answering service that passes on messages. Looks to be a scam. Lost $328.

still waiting for this to arrive ! I have made endless calls and emails. If Julie is unable to supply the goods then she needs to refund customers. There is no customer service whatsoever. No contact with the owner only through a virtual reception agency. My next step now needs to be legal action.

Do not buy from this company - they are scammers. You cannot contact them and the product does not arrive – Do not buy from this company - they are fraudulent. You cannot get in touch with them.

Terrible customer service – I ordered a done set and chess set. I received the done set but not the chess set after paying $495 in April 2022. I think she blocks emails and calls .

Scam Website – Purchased an item that was listed on their website as in stock, with free delivery. Was asked via email to bank transfer $140 extra for delivery so it could be despatched quickly. reallocated to a trustworthy retailer, who delivered the item (the last one in stock with the supplier) promptly. [Name Removed] finally responded with a lie and said she would not cancel the order and that I would have to pay a re stocking fee to return it because she had already sent the item (which as we know, she hadn't, it had already been sitting in my lounge room for days, delivered by the new different retailer). Has again stopped responding to all contact and has not refunded my money. Awful experience with a thief illegally operating under a canceled ABN.

also said they’d refunded Allisias Attic the money months before. The phone line you should use is 02 8330 6653 which I got from the supplier as the one on their site doesn’t work. However it will only get you to a company who takes calls for them and emails Julie Sheldrick (the owner) who never responds. We ended up getting our money back after a lot of sleepless nights and stressful work to the credit of our bank. Please don’t make the same mistake we did buying from them! Also no current ABN… proves what more an illegal company this is.

Never buy anything from them – Bought a side table in Oct 22 and never recieved it and did not hear anything from them. Now i am chasing for a refund and they have their customer service just telling lies after lies each time.

Scammers – Do not order from this company. I ordered a buffet that cost $2000 in November and I’m still waiting. Every week I get a different excuse as to why it’s not delivered. I was told to pay extra money for delivery even tho it said free delivery. Iv asked for refunds numerous of times and my last two emails have been ignored.

Unfortunately all the bad reviews are true...SCAM – This person has been around the block many, many times and has a well-oiled SCAM running. Purchased $1200 coffee table at the beginning of April. Told at the time it would be a min of 8-10 weeks (already wording me up not to expect delivery by the stated timeframe). - Site owner never provides a name in communications - the ABN was cancelled some years ago (2020 I believe). - aside from one update early on which was extremely vague, never provided updates - every time I emailed for an update I was told delays, huge volumes of sales causing shipping backlog - basically the garbage that she told the other reviewers. -Latest email anon told me that the shipment "should" have arrived, when I responded that's ridiculous that they don't know whether it has arrived or not, they repsonded five mins later at 10.40pm that they had been told it had arrived (wow, the shippers respond at all hours) and they were awaiting dispatch details from them. That was 3.5 weeks ago and I've heard nothing since despite asking for an update.

Promised to deliver within 3 weeks, 2.5 months & still nothing – We have ordered a piece of furniture more than 2 & half month ago, and still nothing has arrived. Buyer beware! Fraudulent and illegal – Purchased a coffee table over one year ago and have not received it. I have emailed over 10 times and am constantly told covid and shipping delays are causing timeframes to push out. I have requested a refund 3 times (all of which were ignored) and lodged a complaint with the ACCC. This company is a total scam - do not buy from here!!

Do not buy from this company! – Having ordered and paid for an item, an email was sent to say there was a delay. Then when attempts have been made to get an update on the order, there is no response. Very concerned that this is a fraudulent site.

SCAM SCAM SCAM – FAKE FRAUD WEBSITE, they take your money and then email you to bank transfer money for shipping then dont reply or send item, they answered my 7 phone calls but always take the same details down and say will get back to you or they hang up the phone line.

under the impression I’d been scammed. My advice to this company is to be honest with your customers. I would have been comfortable if there was proper communication or told there was a wait on my items. But promising things and then not following through or not replying only makes me people feel uneasy. There’s a lot of bad reviews on this company which I didn’t see until after I was getting concerned. I wouldn’t buy through this company again. It’s very hard to make contact with anyone there. No body signs off any emails with a name so everything seemed very sketchy

DREADFUL!! – My money has been stollen and they do not take phone calls or answer your emails. If you wish to return anything, they take 30% of your money PLUS postage - illegal, illegal, illegal. Please DO NOT purchase from this company.
