Very unhappy customer – One very irate customer. The products I ordered never arrived, they claim that they cannot be shipped to NZ but my order was accepted with International shipping. It took months to resole why the goods never arrived. them again and told them the problem is still the same. They asked me to send the product to them again. Which I did . Now they are saying the same there is no problem and planning to send the item back to me. Instead they are saying my phone is the problem. I have other Bluetooth devices connected to the same phone and all are running fine. Don’t waste your money buying anything from this company.
