I bought a dress online and paid express shipping promised to have it delivered within 2 to 4 business days I didn’t receive anything (day 6) I needed the dress for tonight and I don’t know what to do, and the worst part is I tried calling them within the business hours they stated on their page 9 to 5 I was on hold for good 15 minutes before an answering machine says that I am calling outside the business hours and hang up on me Show details

Glendale Store Worst Customer Service – Walked into today with a faulty item, hadn't been worn, i had asked about bringing it back even though wasnt purchased from that store. Was told yes even without receipt. Went in 26/8/23. The rude lady serving and her manager who she rang. Wouldnt go to this store ever again. Shop at the Kotara store they are amazing. Show details

Dishonest policies – Policy states items can be returned and refunded if the discount was less than 50%. However as I also had a new customer voucher, they added that to the discount and denied the refund.

Removed], who kept re-iterating their standard returns policy for bodysuits, when I was in fact making a complaint pursuant to my consumer guarantee under consumer law. It was almost comical that she actually invited me to make a complaint to the ACCC. Zero care for customer service and blatantly turns a blind eye to their obligations under Australian law.

Very hit or miss – I bought several items online, I'll be returning a few as the photos don't show they are see through/wrong sizing.. I bought a few sets of pyjamas, the material is not good I wore it once and when I woke up I was sweating more than usual, the material is not breathable.. one item arrived with no tags, I think they look nice but they are cheap… Read more

Otherwise pretty happy just wish the pyjama material was more breathable, nice customer service and lovely staff.

and high volume of call I can’t even investigate what the driver did with my items that was 800 $ worth of stuff, not being successful contacting the courier I thought that Ally me being the customer will try to follow up on the item with the courier even me explaining to them that I have cameras and that they didn’t attempt the clearly said it’s not my problem to go back and contact the courier and was no help poor customer service

Not happy – Orderd weeks ago and still yet to receive what I bought. Using aramex as courier when they are the worst and don’t deliver is ridiculous. I planned ahead and ordered early but now left with no items as they have been sitting at aramex depot for 10 days. I’ve made contact but yet to receive any updates.

find the original order on my phone and EMAIL it to them??? I've never encountered this at any other store and it's a bit weird and time consuming. But okay. Surely they now have all my details and can probably just refund straight back to the card without me even having to get my card out of my wallet. No. Not only do they have the entire order with name, address etc on it but you then need to provide all that information verbally so that they can enter it into a different system. Why on earth would you need all that (again) when you literally just made me dig through my emails to send you the original order which has it all printed right there on the front??? What a clunky, time consuming returns process. Have a look at how other stores are doing it Ally. Many of them now just automatically refund the card used on the online order and the whole thing is done in a few minutes. No requirements for names, addresses or even cards to be gotten out of wallets. And what if I didn't have the original email? Is a printed copy of the order no longer good enough for returns? It's all a bit strange.

Great products, tidy store! – The 3 ribbed crop tees in my closet have all been great - a gentle wash and hang gets them wrinkle free. Also have a pleated miniskirt that is well made/designed. I like the robust fabrics that stretch and dry quickly. A lot of other companies use lower quality fabrics but charge more. Synthetics can often be stronger and more durable, less likely to stain, so I do like them. Show details ·  1

Awful customer service – Went in to one store to purchase an item. The sales person failed to mention I couldn’t return the item because it was a sale item. Simple customer service! Went to return it to another store. Had to get a store credit. but scanned cheaper) and the sales assistant made me feel like a huge inconvenience… like it would be such an effort to re-write another store credit for the remainder. So I felt pressured to buy something else. So in the end I ended up spending double, when I should have just been able to return the original item. When emailing customer service I received an automated response and then when I responded, they basically didn’t care.

STRESSFUL AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL – The C's canceled my order without telling me after they gave me a tracking number. Then I had to demand for an explanation as to why and they wouldn't say. They sent it out but to the wrong address that was not on the order form. I had to make my way and contact the post myself because they wouldn't. I got my order finally but was left stressed out they wouldn't give me answers to why my order was so stressful to get sorted out.
