Policy states items can be returned and refunded if the discount was less than 50%. However as I also had a new customer voucher, they added that to the discount and denied the refund.

For the price, the quality is great! They were as per pictured and were delivered very fast. I bought two dresses and they fit very well and I can’t wait to wear them to the Hunter Valley for romantic weekend ❤️

A few weeks ago, my mother, grandmother and I were having a day out together and decided to shop at Ally Fashion at Wynnum Plaza.
The female staff were watching us as we entered the shop and were giggling amongst themselves.
I thought nothing of this at the time, but when we were served, it started to make sense.
My mother and grandmother were browsing through the shop and came across some clothes they liked on the discount rack.
The item had a price that was lower than the discount listed and when this was brought to the attention of the staff member, she rudely scoffed and said it was the wrong
price and we would have to pay the HIGHER discount price....

This store is absolutely fantastic if you want to wear the item once and never again!
Clothing always shrinks regardless of how careful I had wash the item! Considering how expensive these items are, to only wear them once and have them shrink and not fit is disgusting. Do not purchase from this company.

Great range of products, wonderful fabric and array of styles. Disturbed to find that my small for age 12 year old daughter had to purchase an XL for the right fit. What a nightmare for people with body dysmorphia.

Click and collect in store. Cannot take item without sending them an email first. I’ve never had this policy in any store before. I wasn’t able to send an email, wasn’t able to return the item, wasn’t allowed to leave the store with the item I paid for!!! Will never be back.

Low quality clothes, blatant disregard for customer service and consumer guarantees
I purchased 2 bodysuits in different colours from the online website. These bodysuits were advertised on the website as “seamless” and “not sheer”. The bodysuits were extremely poor quality, thin and transparent - clearly not fit for purpose or accurately described. I contacted headquarters to resolve this issue amicably and dealt with [Name Removed], who kept re-iterating their standard returns policy for bodysuits, when I was in fact making a complaint pursuant to my consumer guarantee under consumer law. It was almost comical that she actually invited me to make a complaint to the ACCC. Zero care for customer service and blatantly turns a blind eye to their obligations under Australian law.

I wish i could rate minus for my experience. I do not usually waste my time writing negative experiences but the staff on 27/03/2022 @1630 were not just lacking customer skills but lacking morale and humanity.

My first purchase I went NUTS & purchased 26 items!! (LOVE the style & clothes). They were having a sale, so most of the items I bought were on sale. Like most I didn't read the returns policy until I needed to return some Items . They ONLY provide a store credit for items sale items and NO EXCHANGES. There is no note on the sales items to say only store credit will be provided for returns.
The online account does not provide a photo or allow you do click on the Items you have purchases to confirm what item is which. The descriptions on the ...

You will need to search for each item to do a visual match before MANUALLY print and fill in the item to the returns slip. You will need to include all the details of the item, size, price, name and time code. There is no option to complete this online or tick the items on your order to print and return. I was making a second order for almost the amount I was returning. On the returns slip I included the new order number and asked that they process a full refund since I was placing the new order now instead of waiting for the returned items to be processed. I received notice when the items had been received and confirmation a full refund would be processed on 28 Feb and would be received within approx 7 days. A few days later I received the second order. There are a couple of items I again need to return from the second order, which prompted me to check for my refund from the first order. It's coming up to the 30 day cut off for returns. The refund had not been received so I followed up. I've now been told I will only receive a part refund and the balance as a store credit due to store policy. If I was in Sydney I would have been able to take the items in store for the return and used the store credit at the time of returning. As a store they are unwilling to see how this would force their customers to wait for the returns to be processed and the store credit to be provided before they can order further items.- Product Quality

Purchased items on 11/3 before purchasing i asked staff member [Name Removed] if they are refundable, she answered yes, did not make it clear not any sale items, upon returning for the refund on 12/3. I was told no refund on sale items and that she had to phone her area manager to approve refund for the full priced item, even with my receipt. She then rang, got the clear to refund the full priced item, we then had to call the area manger to get the clear for the sale item , while she was on the phone i asked many times to speak to her i was not...

Wrote to the company but was informed due to the popularity they become out of stock basically tough luck. If they don't have a system in place to cover orders maybe they should invest in some technology so people are not disappointed in the company or offer a discount on another item as they haven't fulfilled their end of the transaction.

I thought this might be a glitch so I entered all my details again and tried to use the same discount code but it told me it was invalid. This made me wonder that maybe my order did go through however I did not receive any notification or an order number, but why is my first order discount not working unless I already placed an order?
