Great price, poor service
Hired a 'luxury' vehicle (Infiniti Q50) car wasnt in a nice luxurious state as one would expect, must of got the bonus upgrade too - that needed air in tyres due to warning lights were on. Price wise however must admit was very fair priced. Customer service on the other hand is absolutely DISGUSTING by one staff members. Would be extremely disappointed if I were the owner / manager and they seen / heard what I did. However in saying that I did at one stage deal with [Name Removed] who was extremely helpful, polite and respectful.

General Experience overview
Upon arrival we were greeted by Kendile who was absolutely top notch. Informative, helpful & very knowledgeable in her role. Kendile was efficient and actually showed compassion towards us as we had a onboard crisis on our arrival flight.
All the sign up & payment was a smooth process & as stated very efficient.
The vehicle we booked exceeded our expectations and definitely met our needs.
Well done Northside Rentals - You will be utilised again by myself, family & have even recommended your Service to Friends.

Fantastic Service
I’ve always gone through different car hire companies and never gone back. But Northside rentals I’ve hired from them the last 3 times and have been to both locations in Welshpool and Greenwood. Friendly staff, quick and efficient. Never had an issue with them would highly recommend to anyone

Bad service
Customer service bad. Long waiting time to be served, I had to chase them every 2 days to get my bond money back took them 3 weeks to get it and their excuse is that the bank is taking too much time when I call the bank they say the contrary. Last option i will recommend to go for car hire....

Worst Service Ever
To be avoided at all costs . Car in terrible condition, and I had to wait almost 3 weeks for my deposit back . I hire a lot , never from them again !!!!!!

I have a template as I am a fifo worker, it’s way cheaper to rent from them, clean, tidy car, mint and not damaged
Great value for money.
Service desk can always improve sometimes even rude assistant , like impolite and think they are on the street attitude like, that’s the only 1 negative Among so many positive aspects

The worst rental place in the Perth !!!
My husband was the customer for over two years until recently he went into the accident ,they were terrible to him it's so desrepecful and rude so unprofessional awful customer skills

Long term regular customer review
I hire a Northside rentals vehicle twice per month and have found their after hours collection and drop off process simple and fast. The rates and insurance excess are economical.
Business hours collections at Welshpool can take longer than expected as there appears to be a few new staff in the office and they are always busy so best to book after-hours collections when you can.

Always great rate
Northside rentals has been always my favourite car rental place. Their office in welshpool staff are very helpful and friendly. Some times the paperwork might take few mins but otherwise excellent.

Expensive & Annoying
Website says From $20 a day to get you in but they didn’t have any in stock. Even at $25 a day I somehow ended up paying $250 for a week plus petrol.. I said when I picked up that car I’d need it for a week and a half and I was told that they’d book out the 7 days and I could always extend the time. On the 6th day they called and I requested to keep the car for the additional 3 days as previously stated but the car already had another booking. Now I have no car. Thanks guys for your awful customer service.

A simple “sorry for the misunderstanding” would have done a lot better than spinning some story to make you look good on the internet.

Car wrenched of cigarette smoke
The car I hired had a very strong cigarette smoke. It wasn’t noticeable at first as the windows were down when we did the handover. The smoke smell was so bad I couldn’t drive with the windows up the entire time, luckily it wasn’t too cold that week. When I mentioned it on my return (to make sure they didn’t charge me for causing it) they said they knew about it.
I hire vehicles frequently with thrifty who are absolutely fantastic. I will certainly not hire from this company again. They didn’t give a care at all or offer any kind of reimbursement or future discount to remedy the bad experience.

Cars are great and good customer service
I have been driving Northside cars for 1/2 year never have any issues with the cars or staff at Northside
As well during COVID-19 we only payed 1/2 price for rental
Who did keep the vehicle

So easy and amazing car!
The car was as new, really good price and super easy hire process. The ladies at the desk were great and happy to answer all of my questions! Highly recommend!!

Read more When you called up on the 19/08/2020 to book a vehicle to collect that afternoon, we unfortunately did not have any Hyundai Accent manuals which are the $20 per day for the 7 days plus available. We did have the Hyundai Accent automatic which is the $25 per day available, which you were happy to take. You also requested 2 x baby seats and was advised they are $4 per day each (which you were also happy to take). Therefore you hire charges were: 7 days @ $25= $175 Baby seats (2 x $4) x 7 days= $56 Debit card service and admin fee: $1 Total: $232 Vehicle hired out on a Full tank and Due to Return on a Full tank: All charges you agreed and was happy to pay prior to taking the vehicle. Yesterday the 25/08/2020 the Greenwood office gave you a courtesy call to remind you the vehicle was due back the 26/08/2020. It was only then that you asked if you could keep the vehicle until Friday. Unfortunately as per the Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement we can not guarantee extensions and advise all customers to let us know as soon as possible if you wish to extend. However we always endeavour try move around bookings to help our customers. Unfortunately we were fully booked out and were unable to extend you, as there was a booking on the vehicle straight after you were due to return. We can see your frustrated that you were unable to extend the vehicle and we apologise that unfortunately we can not hold vehicles from other hires with the assumption someone may or may not want to extend.
