SCAMMERS

be aware this is a scam we have been getting $400-$500 monthly bills in a 2 bedroom apartment and when asked to have the issue investigated they have told us that nothing is wrong and if we want someone to come and check for us its going to cost us more money do yourself a favour and go with literally any other provider to avoid this company!! Show details

Lack of Transparency and Extortionate Rates!

I never use AC due to health concerns. I am constantly being charged for usage even though the unit is switched off at the mains. I've since been told usage is 'apportioned' across the entire building so, whether you are a single occupant, family of 4 or - like myself - don't use AC at all you're charged the same. Electricity and 'access' rates are the highest I've ever encountered. Show details

Super service and low competitive prices!

We are part of an apartment complex on the Gold Coast where this company has been installed. We were originally with Alinta in our last residence and we have been pleasantly surprised by how much we have saved on our electricity since the change. Haven't looked at the hot water bill yet but electricity for 2x people was surprisingly low! We are so pleased with the savings that we can not recommend this company enough and will be staying with them going forward. They are extremely competitive and it's about time the body corp chose this provider. Show details

exorbitant pricing

altogether have just come to the building and they sent me a shocking gas bill more than double the previous provider bill . makes no sense since my usage is always consistent. $402 for one person more than my rental agents bill a family of 4 adults- not including electricity. does not add up and agree with the previous post 100% "shameful overpriced" and also very pushy on payment. they gave me lame excuses on the phone . not happy in the least. Show details

SHAMEFUL. OVER-PRICED RACKET

WE are part of an apartment complex on the Sunshine Coast where this company has been installed. We were originally with Alinta in our last residence and NEVER have we paid so much for electricity! Alinta had a "pay on time discount" our bill is supposed to be monthly (paying $200+ per month I might add) just received one for two months and they want it paid by 18th March! Haven't looked at the hot water bill yet but electricity for 2x people was over $500!! Will be contacting Alinta to see if we can change. They have a monopoly and it's about time the body corp sought an alternative provider. Show details

Outrageously expensive & no option to change supplier

Bill for electricity & water heating. Even with government rebate this is outrageously expensive ($186 for a month) Locked into using this company by the building management who must be getting some kind of payment or kick back Show details

0 Stars!! Absolutely Horrific!

Formerly Meter2Cash Solutions:
They overcharge by at least 8 x the amount! If your water meter is broken, they won't bother telling you (you will probably find out MANY YEARS later from someone else who happens to notice, and so kindly informs you, whilst this mob just increases every bill onwards by 3,000!! No dispute resolution- they will just demand demand demand $$$, threaten disconnection, they keep all government rebate $ & never pass on to customers (who desperately need it!) ~~ check your meters all the time!! They make up their own ridiculous numbers & charge an absolute fortune! I cant believe they are still allowed to legally operate!!

Not for us. The managers at our complex were going to discuss alternative providers with the Body Corp as they decide for the whole complex.

They are disgusting, very suspicious about how they ended up in our complex but going to do everything I can with other owners to have their contract cancelled.
