Do not buy a product from this store. I bought a sauna three months ago. Came with a broken piece. Try to get this replaced or fixed, but no response for the last three months. Phone number only works for sales, not for support. Support email will never get a response back.

Wouldn’t waste your time. Brought a basketball system with glass backboard which shattered after 12 months, luckily kids weren’t playing at the time. Not a care in the world from this company and won’t replace the board, justifying this by saying it only has a 12 month warranty and impact from hard objects can cause this effect so clearly not fit for purpose and just a cheap Spalding knockoff. Steer clear!

with pictures and got the automated '48 hour' response email. It's been two weeks with not a peep from this company. I called them, and they just told me to wait for an email response and hung up.

If you are considering buying anything, please remember this story. They don't have any quality control and don't take responsibility for their damages.

Absolute junk. Waste of time and money – Bought a $1300 marquee and when I first set it up the roof didn’t fit, had tears and leaked. They sent me a new roof which did fit better but leaked when it rained and was tearing straight away. Always direct told me I needed to use spray or wax on the seams! Marquee is 7 meters x 15 meters! to Hunter Express their delivery partner. Hunter Express has to be one of the the poorest delivery companies I've ever experienced and you cannot get information from them. I had to pretend that I wanted to do business with them to get through to someone to take my call. I have asked Always Direct for a refund on a half delivered product and they are not responsive. Spent hours and hours of my time chasing this up. I think they only have one customer service employee whom is obviously dealing with multiple complaints and cant keep up. Will not shop with them again and will be making a formal complaint to consumer affairs.

incorrect one back so can't get anywhere with this company. I would ask for a refund but we already made a hole in the wall for the size of the heater we ordered. I would suggest avoid using this company it's been nothing but hassle.

Paid the money & they don't provide the goods – I drove 40 minutes to pick up 6 gazebos for a special event a their delivery charges are ridiculous. just says she can refund it or I can continue to wait. As I explained to her I cannot wait indefinitely with no one communicating what the hell is going on. She agreed to refund the gazebos they couldn't find. Lucky Me! No compensation for wasting my time nor a sniff of an apology from the warehouse guy. In fact he said nothing the entire time. All about the cash and zero customer service. It's a little like Jetstar, if you expect problems you might be ok but never expect any form of compensation for crap service!

for the call centre to pick up.. when they pick up just redirect to another number which again is never picked up.. i wasted money no idea when my item will be delivered... it's such a pain and highly inconvenient to coordinate with these people.. somehow i managed to arrange the delivery for Thursday.. but again nothing was delivered not even attempted.. poor customer service and poor shipping... never buying again, wasted money got nothing.

Worse Experience – Bought a bed frame, went home assembled it and the bed broke instantly. I went back to the store wanting a refund as this was just poor quality, they refused to give a refund because the box had been open. I'm not sure how I would have taken the bed out if I didn't open the box. Just wasted money for nothing, don't buy from here.

Shocking and dangerous product and disgraceful post sales service – We purchased a basketball back board and stand and within 9 months of purchase, the plastic board had deteriorated and peeled away from the metal frame. reminders - the responses from Always Direct were poor - saying - the reason for the damage was because of the basketball hitting the back board and that by the time we filed our complaint we were outside of the 12 month guarantee. We could purchase a replacement back board with postage costs.

This is a faulty product provided by a company that provides a poor quality of after sales service.

Check out the reviews for this company on Product Review - 31 out of 57 rated this company as terrible. There are significant issues with the quality of products sold by this company and the company's handling of damaged products. We wish we had seen these comments before purchasing through Always Direct. This Current Affair material. We urge this company to make good its damaged reputation, services and faulty products.

Avoid! – Bought a 12 egg incubator, arrived with a big crack down one side. Refused to refund or pay postage back so I went to Victorian Consumer Affairs, they are dealing with it.
