Champion of Champions Jackson! – The Cleaning Person named Jackson was an Excellent Cleaner. He got my stain off the Sofa cushion in a timely and hassle free manner. His manner of approach was super friendly and understanding towards the matter. He is a Champion of Champions!

Rug Cleaning – From the moment we enquired about the service, they were very prompt in getting back to us. The service provided from Jackson the technician was exceptional. He was very pleasant to deal with and the work that he did made our Turkish rug come up like brand new. Great work and will definitely use again.

Sensational Service from the call to the outstanding job – By chance I called Always Fresh to clean my parents carpets after an accident by a pet. The service from booking to confirmation to calling prior to the job was sensational. So thorough, confirmation email. The gentleman who did the job was thorough, kind, courteous & super professional. Over 30 years experience & a master cleaner in my opinion. Brilliant job - wouldnt hesitate to recommend. 10/10

No effort and complacent – Pretty pathethetic and minimal effort to clean the carpet for 2 rooms combined. had only 2 rooms, stairs and a short hallway. Somehow the stairs and hallway calculated to 3 rooms? I declined, just as well, since it was an lacklustre approach. The guy must have been here all of 10mins actually cleaning the carpet, with just one pass. Waste of money! Never again.

Charged a premium for an inferior job – Booked this company three weeks in advance. On the day it took me to contact them to discover the job wasn’t scheduled. They eventually arrived 4hrs past the time it was booked in for. I fell victim to the representatives suggestive selling which ended up tripling the quoted price. met the expectation given. Because the technician arrived 4 hours late I was left with wet soggy carpets into the night. Very disappointed.

I would of achieved more hiring a DIY from Bunnings.

Lesson learnt - read reviews of companies before hiring them. It seems I’m not the only dissatisfied ripped off customer.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! – Company are slick scammers....quote for service call...take payment before going to site. Do work, which is not quoted or authorised...then send letter of demand for payment...plus threatening listing on National Debt Registry.....these people should not be in business...

Top notch service – Had to get carpets cleaned and flea treatment at end of lease, Jackson from Always Fresh came out, was friendly, fast and efficient. Carpets came up better than when we moved in. Thanks Jackson

Flood damage – This company was immediately upfront with the costs involved in addressing our flooded house. I will say it was very pricey and I hope it never happens again for that very reason. You can’t do better than this company – Jackson did a fantastic job on my extremely stained carpet .I have 4 sons , 2 dogs and 2 cats - so it had seen heavy wear . They have been brought up to a standard that I did not think possible. It was also good value for money . Definitely recommend

Short notice – We had a problem when our end of lease cleaner cancelled at last minute called this company was there within the hour done the job excellently. Was very pleasant gentleman would highly recommend this company

Amazing results – Rowan did a great job of cleaning our fully carpeted unit. He put full effort into removing all stains and dirt in each room. Professional and polite throughout the process.

Beware! This is a scam service! – This company takes advantage of people in desperate situations. They underquote over the phone and follow up with a last minute text with confusing pricing just before "technician" arrives. The cost ended up being almost 10 times the amount they quoted. They also were pushing to do extra work that wasn't necessary. I was quoted $8500 and I ended up achieving the necessary results for only $100

Warning stay away from this business – Used this company 26/5/22 to clean 2 empty small bedrooms in a ground floor unit. Charged $155 for nothing, waste of money from our DSP as the bedrooms still smell the same way as they did before “Gary” did them. He was here no longer than 15mins. Waste of money….. $155 for 15 min job that was dodgy & no warranty unlike other business do. When asked what he’d recommend he said he didn’t know. I’m disgusted please avoid at all costs.

Do not use this company – We engaged Always Fresh for water damage fans and dehumidifiers to our home and it cost us $23,000. The company arrives late at night (after 10.30pm) when we were very tired and in a vulnerable state, being flooded without insurance cover. (They did send a text with cost per device, however never gave us indicative total cost or agreement on how much equipment they were Installing) After they sent the invoice, which shocked us being just under $23,000. they told us we had 24 hours to pay. We sent them a note based on our circumstances and asked for a review of the fees and whether they would reconsider, however they denied and told us for good faith they would give us 7 days to pay the $23,000 or debt collectors would be engaged which would incur extra costs. If we had purchased the products from a supplier it would of been half the costs. The equipment also didn’t dry out our floors which now need to be replaced regardless. We would not recommend this company at all, we feel they took advantage of us in a vulnerable state and when we raised this they threatened debt collectors. I would stay well away from this company.

Flood cleanup – The crew at Always Fresh were brilliant; responsive in our crisis, friendly, punctual explaining the service, expectations and costs in detail. Never to hire this company ever again! – Due to storm damage we contacted this company and in my opinion we were ripped off big time. The technician arrived, cut off three quarters of the carpet which had been damaged and left onequarter remaining which should have been removed as well. it away. Then he installed a blower and a drymatic mat which was left for four days and then the technician came back to remove the equipment. This equipment was working on our electricity notwithstanding. For this work we were charged approximately $2200. We are absolutely amazed that so little effort could cost so much and everyone that I have talked to about this are also shocked to hear how much it cost. We could have gone to Bunnings and hired the equipment for a fraction of what you charged us. Furthermore, the technician who laid new carpet said they would have removed the carpet at no extra cost and they actually took ALL the carpet away! We will not recommend you to anyone ever…..like I said…..the biggest rip off of all time……Very disillusioned and dissatisfied and disappointed!

Con artist – They prey on vulnerable people. Rip off artists. Did absolutely nothing for us but charged us $308, zero work done, misled us, ignored our calls. Do not use this company, you will not be satisfied.
