I put the wrong email in my order and sent a DM through Insta hoping I had not been scammed. They replied within minutes and tracked down my order to forward it to my correct email. What incredible service!!!! It was all fixed in less than 5 minutes of my query. Can’t wait to get my dress if this is how they treat their customers.

Was really disappointed with the sizing. They run really small, you can’t buy anything in a 16. I didn’t know this before purchasing. Ordered a 14, it was really small fit. $109.00. They don’t have anything in my size: so when I asked for a refund instead, they turned me down and said no. They were not helpful at all, take forever to respond. Happy to take your money but not happy help you. I wouldn’t purchase from them again. That’s my opinion.

would be 12cm longer, which was great, because that's coincidently how much taller I am than the model. So I could safely assume the dress would fall to the same length as it did on the model. It in fact did not fall to the same length, and was stupidly short on me. When returning the dress, they would only supply me with a store credit, minus $10.95 for shipping. Even though I no longer needed anything, I then had to spend time finding something else to spend my store credit on, which is way more time consuming than it needs to be, because their filtering system doesn't actually work. I ordered the one thing I didn't immediately dislike, still paying extra on top of my store credit. I have now just received this order, and I don't love it. So now I have to decide if it's even worth sending back at this point, as I know there is nothing else I would want to order from this business. If you are confident in the items you're selling, you would have no issue providing refunds. It would even increase your sales as we would be much more confident ordering with you. Clearly that's not the case. I feel I was lied to so I would make the purchase. It was a complete waste of time and money. I don't recommend this company. Plenty of other online stores to choose from, they are not unique in the items they are selling.

Dresses are not as described in the write ups & pictures do not show the cuts properly, you therefore have to take a risk when ordering, pay for shipping and then returns when it isn’t as expected, only to be offered a credit note & not a refund at the end. adverts are so deceiving compared to what you actually receive. The colour looked like an electric blue, when in fact it is navy and the material is so so thin and looks so cheap. I contacted Amaroso to ask for a refund as I wouldn’t want to purchase anything else from their store, but they wouldn’t give me one and said all they can give is a credit, so I am stuck trying to find something else to use the credit. If you want to purchase anything, you pay for shipping to receive it, shipping again to return it if it is not suitable and shipping again to use the credit to purchase something else. Would never purchase from this company again.

While Amaroso were quick to reply, the information provided was misleading and left me frustrated. Items were listed under bridal categories but didn’t actually qualify under their return policy. When I questioned this, the explanations felt dismissive and unhelpful.
