Reasonable Price and quality.. Delivery service need to more professional – We Brought Corner Lounge with Reclainers last year , so far good working condition. They comes with 10 years warranty.!

Don't even bother with a warranty – Warranty claim for general ware and tear is not inclusive of use. Warranty is only for structural defects deemed as defective by a third party person who takes 2 months to get to your claim. Any upholstery, leather, or visage of furniture is not covered. Three seater lounge ruined by poor faux leather material coming away after one year of purchase.

Inferior quality – Bought a 6 drawer tallboy . Really different to what is shown online . When it arrived we realised what poor quality it is . Drawers have gaps and don’t close evenly or fully . Unacceptable delivery delays – We placed an order for 2x 3 seater couch on the 6th of July,estimated delivery 8-12 weeks.3 weeks after the order,they advised the delivery is pushed back to 14 weeks instead with no reason given. (last week),they told us the couches are in Perth,but will be delivered maybe next week or in two weeks time max.I called them again today and they advised that the couches, unfortunately, didn't fit into the delivery truck this week, and will be delivered next week instead.There was no urgency for them to prioritise these two items even though they have been delayed by so long and we followed them up. Very disappointed with the service.

Sold damaged bed frame with powder-coated paint removed and black marker used to partially cover it up – We purchased a King Single bed frame and mattress from Amart O Connor on Saturday 30th May. When we went to pick it up the warehouse guy went to get it and was absent for ages, he then went and got a manager and they disappeared for a while. There were two holes at the very top of the headboard box. I didn't think any more about it. When we started to put the bed frame together we noticed damage to the headboard in the form of the powder coating scraped off and in other bigger areas they used black permanent marker to cover it up.

This was our 5th bed purchase from Amart along with other furniture over the years.

Never again.

To sell us a damaged headboard is one thing but knowingly sell us a damaged headboard using a permanent marker to cover it up is beyond the pale.

Not too impressed – Sale of 15-50% just to get the customers in. When you like something it's NOT AVAILABLE till the end of FEB in the O'CONNOR STORE ONLY. Buy it elsewhere and you have to pay EXTRA delivery costs. it stinks!!! Staff attitude not too nice. I won't go back Sorry !!!!  Show details

quality was much better than one I bought 2 years ago from a more expensive store (3x the price) and was packaged really well as was the bed. The delivery has been hassle free each time and within the promised time frame.

Really happy with Amart and their quality is great for the prices!

SCAM and terrible customer service – I have deposit 20% for the mattress I am about to buy. In the receipt they just enter 10%. Beware especially in the superamart o'connor. The manager is even worst, they think I am a thief and a liar. May they all go to hell. Don't ever buy from this store. Save yourself from their disgusting customer service! Thief!  Show details

Terrible outdoor furniture – My outdoor furniture has not even lasted 18months without it fading even though it is completely undercover and protected by 3 sides from a fence and fourth side has a blind down. They were very unhelpful in trying to rectify problem (I also had to get a repair on one of the chairs when it was first delivered) terrible product and terrible service. Very happy – I popped just to look at tub chair, Caroline was so helpful I ended up buying it, then as I was leaving I mentioned that I was going to Bunnings to buy a rug, she was very quick to tell me she could help me with that as well, brought a rug as well. longer after I've been told that nothing was written down or communicated after having to obviously change the day of delivery. Honestly, what a joke of a business. And this whole "there's nothing we can do" business, I strongly suggest you change that if you want customers to continue going back to your store. I for one know I won't be returning.

So again, thank you for making my first house moving a living hell.

no 100% refund on damaged product – Have recently bought a tall chest from them, cracks and broken on it, bad quality. The shop advised that no 100% refund available. Only got 2 options, some money for compensation and accept what it is or wait for a replacement when stock available. Now have to wait for them to contact when we can get the replacement. have a problem. (Delivered on time, nothing broken or deteriorated) Same goes for my Brother in Law who has a house full of Super A-mart gear. So far so good, and it has been worth the "risk".

I have of course kept my receipts, just in case. It was fairly cheap. The staff were entertaining.
