Amazing Christmas

I love our bavarian Xmas tree. It arrived as hoped - before Xmas and was easy to set up. It also actually looks like a real tree. Plus I got instant feedback on any questions from Amazing Trees. I highly recommend them!

Decided this yearto freshen up some of my Christmas decorations. Could not have been happier with what promptly arrived.. Some richly coloured baubles.(with a beautiful finish) and high quality. Australian themed tree hangings. Thank you amazing Christmas.

Tree looks amazing and since being decorated is even better. Tinsel not required as the white snow’ is so effective. The built in lights really finish off the tree

I purchased two of the Holly leaf with green tinsel and two of the Champagne Gold tinsel. Absolutely beautiful colours. These will be intertwined together along the rail of my stairway. It will be so inviting on Christmas morning in the hallway. So happy with my purchase. Merry Christmas.

lazy chinese worker Mould to bag I can send you a new one". Really unprofessional and unreasonable, and also the obvious! Shame to have invested so much into a tree we could use for years only to be sorely disappointed! Not worthy he price tag! Appalling customer service!

webchat yesterday asking if they could confirm the tracking details. I received a response with a different tracking number, advising that my order was on its way. Great news!

This afternoon, I was shocked to receive an email saying that my order had been cancelled at my request! I replied immediately asking if it was a mistake. Then found their phone number and called.

The person I spoke to (I won't give his name) immediately launched into excuses about their technology systems and what a busy time of year it was, but I still couldn’t understand why I’d received a dispatch confirmation and two different tracking numbers – surely if it wasn’t sent that would have been picked up when I first contacted them? When I was trying to explain my concerns, he repeatedly cut me off mid-sentence, and then the call dropped out. Had I been hung up on??

A few minutes later I called back, because I still didn’t know what was happening with my order. The same person answered the phone, saying the line dropped out. He apologised for the email I received, which he agreed was appalling to say the order was cancelled by me, with no explanation.

In the meantime, I’d checked their website, and the tree I ordered was still available – I added it to my cart! When I mentioned this, the customer service person said he would double check and call me back.

To his credit, he did call back to confirm it was an error, and my tree was definitely out of stock. By this stage, I was flabbergasted at how many different mistakes and errors had occurred. I asked what he could offer to rectify the situation, given I was still without a tree, and had already been delayed a week.

He then complained about how emotional (!!) people are this time of year, with everyone leaving their tree orders until the last minute! I cut him off – I was not being emotional, simply pointing out all the many ways his business had failed – both its systems and customer service! I disagree that ordering mid-November was leaving it to the last minute, and in fact they encourage this behaviour, with a sale on at this time!

I asked if he could provide the next size up to the one I ordered for the same price, given the disastrous experience I’d had. He told me that was ridiculous and he couldn’t possibly do that.

I asked what alternatives he had in a slim green tree, and he said there was nothing he could offer me. That was the end of that!

I bought what I thought was 1000 cluster lights which cost me over $100. They were still in the box until I opened it, I wanted to test them before I put them on the tree. should have read the reviews prior to purchasing anything from them. I bought them months ago, the box was still in the postage wrapping until now. Tried to log into the website and I did register but it doesnt show my order.

I am very happy with the customer service from this company. Having used a real tree for many years I was after something very specific. After many questions and suggestions I purchased the Delaware tree. I would recomend this company for such a fantastic customer service. Show reply

Brought the carnivale fibre optic tree. Was horrible, the lights flash so fast and bright, enough to give anyone a seizure. Tree looks very cheap too. Was told you have to pay for it to be returned for a refund. So you have to spend more money just to return the st^pid tree. Never came across a company that does this. 0/10 would recommend. Brought a 7ft tree from big W, realistic looking plus prelit and only cost $200.

Highly recommended – Ordered sets of warm LED Xmas lights. Free shipping, great price, arrived within three days from interstate standard delivery, the product is already assembled, it looks so fantastic. Great quality. Poor quality products and customer service – Purchased a set of Christmas lights in Dec2023. They did not work as advertised. It took 5 months and countless emails on my behalf for them to reply and eventually send a new set of tested lights (May2024). Lo and behold in Dec2024 the set of lights do not work. $100 light sets should have more than a 6 month working life. Will send another email but I won’t hold my breath, given the 5 month ordeal earlier. Simply awful customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! – False advertising. Sent out a tree that looks NOTHING like what I ordered then trying to tell me it's the same tree and because I opened it and put it up to see what it looked like it can no longer be returned!!!! Absolute scammers, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Poor quality – Tree looks like it should come from dollar shop. It's not even trying to replicate a leaf. It's like pressed plastic and not even will don. So disappointed especially as it's a small.tree that cost over $200. I have contacted them and waiting for a reply.

Buyer beware! – Purchased the 10m, 150mm wide Frosted Pink Tinsel, it wasn’t great quality and dense in texture like I imagined it would be for the price! The Champagne Glitter Leaf Pick 70cm for $13 - VERY disappointing, most of the glitter has fallen off during transit - could have bought the same at the $2 shop! Will not shop here again.
