Recently I purchased a product that unfortunately wasn't quite the quality it should have been. However, in my correspondence with Van from customer service, the issue was rectified without delay and I was treated with respect and courtesy. I felt listened to and felt that the feedback was genuinely appreciated. Well done to Van from customer service for being a fantastic representative of My House.

I bought a Baccarat The Boiling Point Kettle last December and started using it a month ago, but the printed measurement markings are starting to wear off. Mary assisted me with this and solved the problem straightaway. Now, I will be waiting for my new replacement to be delivered. Thank you, Mary!
I recently bought a n airline crate for my dog but the water bowl arrived with a manufacturing fault. Robert sorted it for me & kept me in the loop as to when a replacement would be sent. I appreciate the prompt communication & help from him. So thank you again Robert.
Bought a king pillowcase last week at **MyHouse – East Gardens. Went back to exchange it and found out they don’t do refunds — only store credit or forcing you to take something you don’t need. Be careful shopping here, or better yet don’t bother. Plenty of other stores will actually give your money back. Also, they didn’t return my receipt
Bought a Neale Whitaker cushion and within a few weeks, the seam was coming apart (I noticed other's here have had the same issue, hopefully it does not happen again). I chatted with Robert who organised a new pillow to be sent out. Great service from Robert. So very helpful. He honestly could not do enough. Thank you so much!
Beautiful cushion, but after 2 weeks was coming apart at the seam. Robert, customer service @ My House promptly responded and immediately sent out a replacement. 10/10 stars for customer service.

I needed to return a product and was apprehensive. It was a real surprise how simple the with process was. Maryda clearly explained the process and reacted very quickly to each step. I could not be happier the whole process, thank you Maryda.
Follow-up · The refund started with a email and next day phone call. I asked for a replacement product delivered four or five days later. Highlighted experiences by others with other retailers made me apprehensive. This return process was made simple by Mary.
I requested a replacement on a very recent purchase as the pillowcase obviously was of faulty workmanship. Otherwise my bedspread itself was perfect. Mark has responded and is sending me replacement pillowcases (which is what I requested as a resolution). Good work and thank you Mark.
Follow-up · The bedspread is as described- great price -on special! Washes and dries easily. Love the cotton feel and nice weight for summer.

want a refund, but can't raise a response. I am stopping the credit card transaction and listing as a disputed item. Why take the money from my account My House when you have no stock. Don't trust this company. Not worth dealing with. Such a waste of time. They don't have checks and balances in place.
Follow-up · Not a good experience at all. No delivery tracking and did not update. Customer service was not good from the start. I returned the bath mat for a refund. It took ages. I won't be buying from my house again. No explanation as to why I did not receive the Runner in the 1st place.

These guys are criminals!! After purchasing items which were received damaged, Adam stated they would refund me which I have in writing. And since asking for my refund they have ignored me!! REFUND ME!!

And recieved a $20 voucher which was quite helpful after paying $14.95 for the return of the ones by mystake. I loved purchased myhouse sheets as such good quality & last so long! Ordered grill on line on a sale and on arrival it ended up being faulty. I contacted customer service and they rectified problem promptly, sent me replacement unit that works perfectly. I guess sometime things go wrong but this is where good customer service is very important. Thank you for rectifying issue so quick.
Unfortunately we received the wrong product, but when we contacted Support, we were helped by Razelle. She went out of her way to resolve our problem, and having verified by photos that the item was incorrect, she refunded us for the item, and also shipping, in a timely manner. No return was required for the item sent. Her support was excellent. Can't fault it.
I mistakenly ordered a coverlet, thinking it was a quilt cover. I realised my mistake too late to stop dispatch but contacted MyHouse immediately. Razelle looked after me throughout the process of organising the return and full refund.

The two CP Morter and Pestles I recieved are of a very high quality, which I ordered from MY HOUSE. Although one pestle was broken, I could not speak high enough of the service and quick response I recieved from this company to organise a replacement- special mention must go to Razelle- who is the representative I was communicating with.
