At the time of booking we paid for the accommodation - I feel it wasn’t obvious we were paying ahead, because often you just give a credit card imprint for a reservation. However on checking my bank account I discovered I had paid. Because of this I did a double check with the hotel because you hear of problems with some organisations- yes I was booked and had paid.
Not sure what would have happened if we needed to cancel - however we had no extra charges at all which was fantastic.
The Star Casino, God Coast
When our preferred accom was fully booked we search 'best rates' and Amomawas one of several booing sires with The Star listed. With teh best price for our stay we proceeded throughthe simple booking process.

Booking with Amoma was very easy no problems at all would highly recommend.
Our stay at Rendevouz Hotel was a pleasant experience close to shops and close to Southbank. Would stay again.

Never use this company
I must confess I did not even search online about this company before I used them to book a hotel in Seattle. NEVER AGAIN. Our plane got cancelled so we tried to cancel our reservation through AMOMA. They claim that you can cancel reservations online but I challenge anybody to find how to do it. They also claim to have phone customer support (917-624-9013) that has a message that claims that "all our agents" are "busy" every so often. Yet I was on the phone for THREE HOURS and nobody picked up.
The worst company I've ever dealt with. Will never use them again and I recommend everybody to stay away from them.
Easy to use and good price
I booked the Ramada Resort at Phillip Island. The site was easy to use and I had no issues. Aroma offered the best price and I did not need to keep refreshing the page as has happened with other sites.
The room was very clean. The bed comfortable and the hot water went on for days with great water pressure. The room was dated, but for the price I can not see how that is a problem. The Ramada Phillip Island had everything we needed for a bargain price. I would recommend it.
Great Service. I booked the Pulman Hotel at Brisbane Domestic airport. It was easy to use and navigate website. The price of the accommodation was reasonable .
It was good to be able to pay for the accommodation up front.
Don’t make mistakes with your booking
Thanks to Eddie from their Customer Service team, my issue was resolved satisfactorily. Just ensure you do not make any mistakes on the original booking and everything will be fine.
Excellent booking site
Took a while to negotiate site but done once I found it easy though had to refresh a couple of times.
Booking confirmation was quick and hotel also had confirmation quickly.
Good booking site
Booking process was a little up and down. Found what I wanted, tried to book and then it said it was sold out. Refreshed and tried again 2 more times before the booking was actually confirmed.

Repeated failure to complete advertised bookings then ring with a short time only offer at higher price. There was no delay in original booking process but it allegedly failed to process as the room was unavailable even though availability was still reported to exist in searches. A system fail. Went elsewhere and found competitve pricing from direct booking.
Yes amoma you are aware of this as I have recieved a phone call and emailed offer at higher price which was also unavailable for booking within 5 minutes of reciept.
Smooth process for booking
No additional fees needed to be paid at the hotel. They honoured my voucher problem free. I booked accomodation in Bali at a 5 star resort. I have no experience in adjusting or cancelling a booking.
Switch and Bait – horrible experience
If the stars are aligned while you are booking a room with Amoma, then you may have a chance to have a good experience with them, otherwise, and most likely the experience of most customers, you will have a horrible experience. When I booked my room for 2 people, I did not see a description of the bed setup. I tried to clarify via chat and it took a solid 1 hour to respond to the chat. I had left my computer, so the chat came via email and let me know that the room has 2 twin beds. I asked to change it to king bed and the respond was that there will be a $60 charge for the modification and the new booking will be more expensive and non-refundable – WHAT! It has been only 1 hour. This bait and switch tactic scared me so I canceled the reservations immediately and paid the $60 cancelling fee – what a waste of money. Be extremely careful when booking with them.

Everything was as I required and the stay was enjoyable but I was caught short on vehicle storage after driving down to Brisbane

Fantastic and extremely easy to use
Amona have the best prices with very clear information as to what you were buying. Absolutely not problems and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an easy to use booking service.
Couldn't have asked for more
Easy to book, much cheaper than anywhere else. Exactly as described and when we arrived at our hotel we had been upgraded at no extra cost. Will definitely use Amoma.com again
double or twin ???
we made a booking as a twin room at the HIlton sydney ,but when we got there it was a double, the staff looked at our paper booking details and said they had never heard of AMOMA ,onscreen they said it was a double room ,we finally got moved after 20 minutes

Easy site to navigate, no hidden surprises. Paid what was shown. Would use again, as selection of hotels was good. Would like a reminder that trip was coming up with a follow up email, but didn't mind.
