Incorrect item sentOnline shopping. Eventually my parcel arrived (15 days) and it was the wrong item. I rang and was advised to send email with order number and photos of incorrect item. I sent details and was asked if I wanted to return it to a local store (I shop on line as I DON’T have a local store) or get a return postage slip. Opted for postal slip to return to local post office. Just received another email asking for order number??? Don’t they even read emails??? Terrible experience!
Update - returned incorrect item weeks ago. STILL waiting for correct item to be sent. Don’t waste your time if you need item quickly, this was ordered on the 28th December! Pathetic

Abysmal serviceWhen looking for item online the website always says low stock, never accurate. I bit the bullet and ordered some items as I needed them for upcoming fishing trip, the items where supposedly sent 8 days ago, I live only 150ks from the dispatch shop and still no parcel after 8 days. The fishing trip is tomorrow and the needed items are still not here. No one thing, will be buying off BCF from now on. Will not deal with these clowns again Show details
Beware of platform tricksI went to purchase an item and went to checkout and noticed it was a different price . So I clicked the back button but it charged me anyway . By the morning it had been “dispatched “ so they couldn’t call it back “ then it had been “recalled “ from the post office but they still won’t pay me back as two weeks later they still haven’t “checked “ to see if it’s been returned to the storage at gepps cross . Don’t click and collectClick and collect said stock was avail . Ordered click And collect and paid. Got to store 5 hours later. No stock. Then they cancelled the order . No offer of free delivery from another store or warehouse. No offer of compensation. No empathy with the fact I had wasted time and fuel. 1 star Show details
Appalling Treatment!Ordered 2 sets of sun gloves, click & collect worth $19 for 2. On opening packet each pair only had one glove attached. Phoned Customer service who requested photos sent to them. Now the company is requesting me to return 2 odd worthless gloves through the post before my refund, together valued at $9.50.. Lost all credibility from me.

Poor packaging and product photo wrongThe order was received after a week and a half in two packages. One package with the SUP paddle and supposed to also contain XTM ski gloves. The paddle was not protected and it was ripped apart by the SUP Handle end and the gloves missing (see photo). The second package the ski googles were not protected/adequely wrapped and came exploded apart (see photo) and not aqua green as per the image on the web site, rather royal blue .

Confused, do you not want honest reviews on your website??I got an email asking for feedback for a bike I purchased recently. I stated that the bike was great, and that the service I received was exceptional!
I also mentioned that the first boxed bike purchased was missing screws & training wheels, but that I took this back to the Toowoomba Store, and they checked the item over and promptly and did an exchange for me, also checking the new box for all of the pieces. I was impressed by Toowoombas customer service.
This morning I received an email from Anaconda saying that my review had been moderated and would not be posted because it did not meet website guidelines.

Complete crapNever ever order online with Anaconda. Been waiting over 2 weeks for overnight express delivery lol. Product apparently sitting in Airlie Beach to be delivered to Mackay. What a joke
Absolutely hopelessI ordered a number of items and they were sent separately which is not the problem. When I received the first items the packaging was ripped open. Luckily no items were damaged or stolen. However, I hadn’t received the remainder of the items for some time and so went online to see what the issue is. I find that the delivery was labeled as “refused at delivery”. I contacted anaconda about this because I would not have declined the order and I live alone so this is impossible. I wasn’t satisfied with this explanation so I contacted auspost and was told that the actual issue was the items were packaged so poorly by anaconda that auspost had to send back to sender to avoid liability of an potential damage to the items. I contacted anaconda again after a week of hearing nothing and was told they will send my issues across to the online department and be contacted within 24-48 hours with an update. It has now been more than 48 hours and I have heard nothing. I’m going to have to call them again to work out what on earth is happening. I ordered my items over a month ago. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely horrendous.
Do Not Buy From HereWent in store to refund , bloke behind the counter couldn’t care at all . Said refund would be handled by head office . That was on the 21/1/24 a day later got email from anaconda saying refund didn’t go through because card I had on file didn’t work, Hello I new this but staff member would not listen. Just a bunch of lying thievesI purchased a blackout tent online and I was encouraged to join the anaconda club so I could receive a discount, now instead off receiving my tent I get an email apologising as they didn't have the tent in stick and are refunding me the discounted tent price minus my delivery fee even though I had nothing delivered. Do they resell returns? As the power pack i boght from them using click collect was a bit dented on the bottom, and the box containing the AC adaptor was open. Also the USB C port doesn't work so ill be taking it back.
