Andersens ACT, Fyshwick

Andersen's Fyshwick recommendable – I dwelt with three personnel during the carpet purchase, removal and installation process. The first gentlemen who came out to inspect and give a quote for the job was fantastic. He was able to explain to me why the carpet would need to be laid in certain directions, how much carpet would be needed and why, and explained this in a way that was helpful and understandable. This gentlemen was also in contact with me regularly via email about all future stages of the process. Clear communication. Friendly. Informative. The second gentlemen who came out to remove and take the old carpet away was on time and friendly. In my opinion he spent too much time on his mobile phone (talking and not working) than doing the job and the job could have gone much quicker, but other than that, no complaints. The third gentlemen who came out to install the new carpet was a delight. I was surprised that only one person had to install all the carpet by themselves, but he was so friendly, worked hard and managed to install all the carpet in less time than quoted. He was on time, chatty (in a good way) and all and all was a pleasure to deal with.
