could be done. Sarah assured she would be able to sort out the unfortunate situation, and consulted with me every step of the way. I had to speak with other staff members at Andersens Ipswich, on the occasions Sarah wasn't there. They were amazing and excellent communicators.

Sarah advised me they would not be able to have the new carpet laid until the first week in January, but promised that if there was a cancellation, she would phone. True to her word, she phoned late Saturday afternoon, 2nd December, and said they would be able to lay the carpet on Thursday 7th December.

Thank you so much to Sarah and the entire Ipswich team. I shall see you in the New Year to purchase carpet for my other house.

wait days for another contractor to show up and finish the job. Second lot of contractors were very professional and experienced. All monies paid up front prior to job being installed too so we just had to keep onto the sales team to get someone to return. Disappointing customer service from the install side of things. More reliable reliable contractors is what they need.

We just love it – Andersens installed 40 square meters of Karndean tile flooring in our home today. We are absolutely thrilled by the result. Don't order Blinds – Very Unprofessional, I'd placed 2 orders of blinds with them for my home. I was in constant contact with them to see how the order was going, and all I was told was "I'll make some calls and call you back". 5 months went by, so we got in contact with the store owner, who I feel sorry for. It turns out they didn't place the order for both orders I'd had with them. Obviously every time I inquired about them it got put in the too hard basket!!

First class service all the way – Thanks to Tim from the Ipswich store, changing our minds a lot and he was always polite and went out of his way to help even with outside hour phone calls. Wazza and team are the best, they worked like busy bees to get our flooring done, it was to take 3 days and they did it in two very long days and it is perfect.
