Steer clear of Ibrido flooring – Got ibrido flooring installed 2 years ago. Within 8 months the floor got large gaps between numerous floorboards and in one area the floorboards were rubbing together which caused the sides of the board to split. sending the manufacturer out who said it was an installer issue. He asked if underlay was laid and the Andersens rep said yes but I told him no underlay was laid. Andersens sent an installer out to relay the boards that were splitting and 8 months on it’s happening again. $7,000 for flooring and it’s rubbish - I’m so angry that this continues to happen

(Spent nearly $6,000 to have their mess fixed)
- Planks have gaps in areas exceeding 2cm!!, i have to relay the flooring myself to fix this.
- Damage to laundry cupboards (Chunk of wood missing from the corner) - Replastered plenty of walls where the skirtings were removed (they didnt bother removing the nails even though i payed for this) - Damage to kitchen kickboards / had to replace these - Unable to even cut a circle over existing drainage hole (see picture) - Destroyed wall tiles in toilet. (these would have been easy enough to replace if it wasn't for the gaps.. see the pictures...). These some of the floors i have had to relay - Broke tiles through the laundry (easy fixed, luckily i had spares of these)
I blocked them from installing in the last bathroom,
No care / support from Andersen's on this issue. I don't even blame the installer, they had way too much work to do in the place in the time frame allowed.
Anyway, just use someone who does the installation themselves, Andersens will just outsource it to another company. Go Direct!

Communication / Damage not repaired – Remove old tiles & installed top grade vinyl plank flooring. Communication with bookings & timeframe was poor. visit to rectify unfished work & repair to damaged area, no call, no site visit, no email nothing. Very poor communication = Bad. Install quality = Good.
Not Happy Jan! – Showed up Monday on time, great job getting rid of old floor. Very helpful with getting an area done quickly so I could set my fish tank up again. Shocking service – We bought double roller blinds to go in a bay window, took measurements to shop and ordered. The guy said yes we could put them in a bay window. The problem was a rare occasion where there appeared to be a faulty batch which both the manufacturer and Andersens North Lakes were more than happy to assist with replacement. Could not be happier with service and product – Service in store was excellent and we were given product samples to take home with us which made our selection of carpet so much easier. Allison was very professional and could not do enough to assist us. The carpet layers were efficient and also made and A1 job. assisting me moving a couple of cupboards that I was physically unable to. The team are an example to how great customer service should be delivered. A carpet can be purchased from one of many suppliers but service and professionalism like that shown by Buddy and Jason this morning is how a company will get loyal customers.
