Like a new house – Had Keegan around to measure up and look at samples two weeks later it was installed early for us and what a difference it made to the house couldn’t be happier thanks Andersen’s for doing a great would highly recommend.

How unprofessional – We booked in an installation at our business months in advance. On the day of installation, we were told that they had ordered the wrong carpet. Inconvenient, but the carpet was usable so we said to go ahead with the installation. Poor communication, and it was still delayed for installation even though accepting the wrong carpet. was offered. Wouldn't use them again. Left a review on their google page and the owner retaliated by listing a poor rating on my business page without being a customer. Seem like petty people.

Unprofessional service to Commercial customer – Contacted Andersons Toowoomba 25/11 for quote. Tracey lined up Kate to do quote. I heard nothing, I phoned Friday 3/12 no quote, phoned 8/12, too busy to take my call.

Terrible carpet and terrible customer service – This was the second time we used Andersens Toowoomba to install carpet, this time to our loungeroom and bedrooms. We asked for the same carpet (racing silks) that they installed in our previous house. Apparently it wasn't available, so they sold us (Belcanto) and assured us that it was of the same quality. and compacted and turned hard in traffic areas unlike racing silks. Andersens assured us that they would take care of us. After long delays and many failed promises, they eventually arranged for the rep from Feltex Carpets to attend and "assess" our carpet. Surprise surprise the report stated that the carpet was performing within tolerances and wasn't defective. Andersens then completely ignored us. Never mind all of the promises given by Andersens, their reputation to take care of customers. Never mind that the product did not match the quality of our previous carpet as promised. They got their report back, and that was it. Several different "managers" ignored our complaint. Staff gave promises for calls to be returned which never happened. What a huge insult and let down. Would never use them again.

Terrible customer service – Twice I booked an inhome measure and quote. First time I was told they were running late & after waiting 2 hours they didn't show & had forgotten to tell me Today they were late, I rang & was told the person had to get their keys & were on their way. 1.5 hours after appointment he rang from the office & said he didnt know what happened. Extensive knowledge – Toowoomba store manager Jay Anderson has an extremely wide knowledge of all aspects of flooring, and was able to give excellent advice to a range of queries. I happily recommend this store.

Appalling Service and have left me with blinds that don't work - Toowoomba – Our blinds were the wrong colour, the wrong size, we had to have representatives come out six times because they kept messing up the orders, couldn't get it right. We have existing blinds that now don't work and when we complained we had their operations manager come out fiddle around with them, he was in a rush because he left his young daughter… Read more

in the car out the front, he told us he would organise a rep to come and fix them and then a week later (after me chasing him up) told us we had to pay ourselves to fix them. We are beside ourselves with anger at ever using Andersons.

condescending. He then stated that he would email the quote by close of business. Guess what he never sent it. We called the Toowoomba office several times and kept getting the same response that they would ask the guy to send it. I sent an email complaint to the Andersens through their website and they did not even acknowledge my complaint let alone respond. To be honest i don't believe he even measured or quoted on our house. Very poor service
