Exceptional work at a great price – I was lucky enough to get a next day booking for having 4 dirty couches cleaned, they were cleaned immaculately and all the stains were removed all at quoted price.

Terrible clean and worse service – Cleaner was very quick doing 5 rooms, 2 rugs and a 5 seater chaise. Everything was wet so it looked done by his standards but every stain remained afterwards and I found hair etc where he had 'cleaned'. I have been emailing back and forth with the owner who takes no accountability and has no apology or even acknowledgement that they were in the wrong and did not provide a proper and professional clean, nor any customer service whataoever. the viewer so truly flabbergasted as to why this excuse was given!? Right after the carpet attendant left the carpet in only 2 out of 4 areas was wet to the touch despite asking for the whole place to be steam cleaned so not sure what happened to the other two rooms but they were not done! A day after the carpet clean I used vanish carpet foam and a sponge and removed the remaining stains that I was told “it wasn’t possible to remove any further.” Absolutely shocking! Furthermore I called prior to the job and asked if I could pretreat the stains with anything in readiness for the job and was told categorically DO NOT TOUGH THEM which I’m guessing is a tactic they use so they can charge more for return visits? The only reason I’m giving the job a 4 was because the attendant was extremely friendly and nice to deal with. The quality of the job done was however very poor and I would not recommend to family or friends. Pretty disappointing to have achieve better results myself after with vanish from coles, especially after paying for the job to be professionally done!!! On the phone was told I was the first booking of the day for 7:30 and rearranged my schedule to suit and they didn’t show untill 10:30 stating there is a window of time 7:30-12:30. This is not what I was told on phone when I booked it in! Absolutely shocking.

Put your money elsewhere – I had angel carpet cleaning come out last week. It was $244 to do 6 bedrooms (one master with walk in robe), a large living area and hallway. I'll be generous and say there was 40 minutes of actual carpet cleaning time. If you call the living area an equivalent of two bedrooms and the hallway one, that would make it 9 bedrooms of carpet cleaning, allocating less than 5 minutes per room. This is the first negative review I have written for a company, I just don't want other people to waste their money. I have contacted the company to ask if they are happy with this standard before I wrote this review. Apparently that is the normal time it takes to clean. I wiped a clean white cloth over the top of the carpet after they had finished and it came up brown. Again, I was told that is normal. If I wanted it cleaned more, that would take extra time and cost more. Shop around and ask how long it should take to steam clean a bedroom properly, if the company says less than five minutes, keep looking for another one.

Decent admin/call centre, mediocre carpet clean – Took a few emails and phone calls to clarify what chemicals would be used. (Asthmatic & pets at home). a professional clean. We were quoted as being able to choose between a steam vs dry clean, but was not asked.Technician arrived grumpy and only asked where rooms were and where tap was.

Job was done in about 30mins. Carpet looks not much different from pre clean , does not look refreshed, indentations where furniture used to be still on carpet. Immediately after job, some spots totally dry, some absolutely soaking, some debris still around especially in corners and edges/skirting. Technician literally vacuumed around objects and I don’t mean big pieces of furniture, just small objects on the ground. He did not bother doing some edges or vacuum behind doors. (See photos) When I remarked that job was so quick, he replied that the carpet was not stained to start with and is now clean. Now, we all know not all dirt, mould, germs are visible and I would expect a professional in this business to also know.

No deodorant, does not smell fresh after job, room just smelling like a wet rag.

The The deodorant that was used on the carpet was so strong that it took a week for that smell to go away, only to leave a musty smell, obviously indicating there is mould present. After lodging a complaint I was advised that they do not warrant their advertised “specialist” services after 48 hours.

Horrible results, not worth the price charged!! – Super disappointed with this service. Told they would come anytime between 7:30am to 12pm, waited the whole day for a quick 30min clean of my four bedroom unit. The carpet looks exactly the same, none of the stains touched. I was quoted a choice of steam cleaning or dry cleaning but never got asked what I wanted when the guy showed up. This service was definitely not worth $200!

Made the stains worse and admitted it was a rush job to my face – Submitted this review as well to the Pure Dry page; my housemate booked for Angel Carpet Cleaning but a man in Pure Dry uniform came instead. We were quoted as being able to choose between a steam and a dry clean, but we weren't asked. He literally admitted to my face that he was "in a rush" as I was paying him, and I was horrified to see the mess he made. My housemate and I did a better job cleaning it ourselves before PureDry/Angel arrived, which is a sorry thing to say comparing a disabled man and a professional company.

Absolutely going to lose part of my bond over this. My housemate made the booking and didn't find this site when checking reviews; would never have booked them if I'd known.

If zero stars was an option, I'd choose that! – Technician came out in the morning, there was no interaction or anything from him. Disappointed – I would like to mention the following: - No "pre-vacuum" (even though it was promised in the quote). - Quote indicated "Steam or Dry Clean, your choice". I was not asked. - I contracted Angel Carpet, but the company that came was: PureDry. Confusing! - The person used my toilet without asking. Rather rude.

Had to pay someone else to clean it properly – We had carpet and a mattress cleaned and the building manager was not happy with the result. I asked them to fix it which they wouldn’t and I had to pay someone else to go back and do it properly.

Seem to go by the name of Pure Dry Carpet Cleaning, as well as Angle Carpet Cleaning because this is what is on the receipt that took 2 months to arrive, and only after I went to the Office Of Fair Trading. Person my daughter spoke, and I heard it on loud speaker, to did not want to know about the complaint ? At the time they were offering to clean a 4 bedroom house for $129, so for them to get $400 for half hour work, no deodorizing was done as we were told would be done. I would steer away from using either of these 2 company names that are o the receipt. Refused to refund. O.F.T. said go to small claims court , being elderly and disabled this is not easy to do

Unprofessional – I booked in for my carpets to be done, I waited around all day since they said anywhere between 12pm - 5pm. Guy finally calls me at 4:45pm saying he’s half an hour away. I rescheduled since I had to leave for work, did not even get a reply from the person emailing me that made the bookings. Very unprofessional will be going elsewhere to get this job done.

Very disappointed – Booked on the 26th of October for job on the 3rd of December, rang a week before to check on booking which I was told was all good. A day before got a phone call to inform me that they don't do my area. Great business NOT.

He tried to do a big sell of additional products to be used before he even started which I believed were already in my original quote going by their advertisement. He also said to get the normal wear marks out he’d need to use chemicals at an extra cost. I declined. Appears he used water only to steam clean with no previous vacuuming. I did a better job hand cleaning out marks 2 days later without chemicals.

Not happy – Was a day late very unprofessional would never recommend this place my floor is soaking wet i am not happy at all will not use this company again I thought by the add they would have been a lot better very disappointed.

Very happy with job – The staff over the phone and in person were very friendly. They called 30 minutes ahead to let me know they were coming (so many companies state they will do this, but never do). They did a great job, the carpets are really old and look so much nicer and even with no stains left, and they smell nice. The work only took 30 minutes which was great, and I thought the price was very affordable!

Excellent – Elias was great Elias. Very efficient, friendly, and overall its a great job! Will definitely be using this service again. I would gladly recommend Elias!

cheerful and does a great job, always checking if there is something else she can do to improve. She's trustworthy and reliable, always rings to let us know she is coming and once here works very hard at her job. My only issue with Angie is the fact my animals adore her a little too much.... a sign she is trusted by all... If you are looking for a little help at home each week, give Absolute Domestics a try, just don't take Angie from us on the Friday!

Saves me a lot of hassle – I own and live in a shear house with 3 others. We are all kinda lazy so decided to get a cleaner to do the bulk of the common area cleaning. Wayne (and past cleaners I have had with absolute domestics) has been great, cleans to an high level and never caused me any grief. They are all delightful people and they feel like they really care!!!

I love it that all of their cleaners are police checked, and well trained at cleaning, and they have all of the right insurance in place.

Ngaire & Wayne are a beautiful married couple who clean our house together and they do an amazing job. They are a really lovely couple with a great presence about them. Between the two of them they do a 3 hour job in 1.5 hours. They are flexible, professional, conscientious and thorough and (most importantly) I trust them in my home.. We couldn’t ask for more!!!

Good communication and reliable – My new cleaner, Agnes, has been punctual, reliable, flexible and has given a good thorough clean as per her quote. I required a weekly clean and it took four months and four other cleaners who didn't show up or cancelled on me to find Absolute Domestics and Agnes. Great Spring Clean – I had specific items that needed a good spring clean and Bob cleaned them really well. Oven, windows, security screens, two showers and a bath needed scrubbing and Bob did as much as he could within the 4 hours, without a break.
