DO NOT BOTHER!!! Technician arrived at my property dismissive about the job and made excuses to not proceed despite the fact it was a simple 2 bedroom, one couch and one rug job. The house is only 3 years old! He then proceeded to claim he didn't have time to do our job and had to leave! Disgusting attitude and terrible customer service!
Horrible experience. Company does not care about customers. My carpets were left as dirty as before I paid. Originally the job was $100 but i ended up paying $199.00. When I complained, They couldn’t care less. Please don’t use them. They are a terrible company
No good for end of lease cleans. Refused to provide a plain tax invoice without technician notes that included noting stains. Avoid this service.

Not worth the money and time – I don’t think his machine was working properly working properly as the carpets looked clean when he finished but as they dried all these brown areas appeared which I’ve never had happen before. did call me back after I left a message how disappointed I was, and was told it was from the underlay. Funny that after using the Bissell on the carpets and couches he did, they came up cleaner than his clean, and they were much dryer than when he did them. They were very wet after his clean. Really disappointing when he was so nice with his dad, but didn’t think I would have to clean them again myself. Now nice and clean. machine, done carpets for about 40 minutes then left without a word. I went outside where he parked the van to see carpet mess and/or GUNK left of my drive way (see photos attached) Put in a complaint and was called back 24hrs after and the girls advised that the technicians advised that they are allowed to do that as they can't dumb their rubbish on the street, offered for the technician to come back and wash the drive way down? Wow what a stupid service. I feel like the property was in better condition before he arrived. Be wise and not contact these people unless you want a headache after job is done and technician disappears.
Abysmal – Rude staff member. No skills regarding customer service. He left the floor dripping with water and told me it was my job to mop the floor! I have now discovered an electrical socket ripped from the wall! See photo. Do not go near this company.
Absolutely disgusting – Do not use this company! I felt uncomfortable in my own home the second these men walked in. I asked them to leave after they tried to say I had to pay more money than I was quoted and that they weren’t able to do the job I had been told they would do. So glad I didn’t give a cent to them or this company. Disgusting customer service and manner. A total waste of my time and energy.

Worse, he didn't get it out. And then stated - I will charge you $98 if it doesn't come out and $180 if it does. Last time I checked carpet cleaning wasn't a success oriented bonus scheme. People quote on space, hourly rates and yes stains.
And they remove them. Sadly we were fleeced $100 and still have a stain.
Do not recommend – Ordered carpet cleaning 10 days ago from 12-5. At 3.40 received a call from cleaner that they are too busy today and they will come tomorrow afternoon- unreliable service! Do not recommend!!! Waste of time!!

Very Poor Clean – Advertise as no hidden costs, but Cleaner comes and quotes $200 for a 3 bedroom and one living room not more than 30squares total. Poor customer service – Booked and got quoted for a dry cleaning two weeks in advance and 12hrs before hand they wanted to know if I knew what dry cleaning was and wanted to steam cleaning instead. They operate from Sydney. SO job was canceled 12 hrs beforehand. Take care before you commit.

problem. So the guy shows up at 1pm with a machine that I could of hired at Bunnings and the couches look like they haven't even been done. When I mentioned this to the guy he said its because its wet it will be perfect when it dries.

I’ve been trying to follow up and call the company MONTHS to organise a reclean & now a refund because I am so fed up. They will keep saying the customer service rep isn’t in the office and will get back to you on x y z day or after her lunch break. I’d give a 0 star rating to reflect service and quality.

furniture all morning, he said he wouldn't move anything more than a shirt. It is stated on the advertisement on google, that "we move what's needed!!" Then proceeded to tell us that the cost would be another 3rd higher if we wanted it actually cleaned!! I paid it because that's why we had hired them. Plus we had worked so hard getting everything off carpeted areas. I was happy that they fitted us in before Christmas and the carpets were cleaned, though not to the edges. The lighter stains we had came out after paying the more expensive amount.
THIS WAS PERFECT – I had Jeff come to my girlfriends place in Point Cook today and he did a terrific job. I would recommend him to anyone he was so nice and helpful. The carpets came out great and smelled beautiful.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - the work was garbage – Total waste of money, this company fails to deliver good results. Sub standard poor service. Choose another company. Example look at the pictures - Dark edges was AFTER Angel carpet cleaning, Then i cleaned a little the with mild soapy water and achieved better results. person arrived in time and asked us some Qs about was it a rented place, how long we stayed. I answered 2 yrs. The person advised that we should add-on the dis-infection treatment in that case. This wasn't in our list of things advised by the estate agent, so I declined. The person tried to persuade us by telling us that it is legally required, etc. I just told him, we do not have the agent's instructions for any such treatment, and I think the owner might get something like this done if it is legally required and in my opinion, it is not a tenant's onus. The person warned me that they are going to write that no dis-infection was done on the invoice. That was not expected, so I questioned the need to do so. The person then responded very unpleasantly that I am trying to get them to write non-factual things to which I replied that is not what I said. Anyways, my partner stepped in and cooled me off, so we left him to do the cleaning as we had to go to the Woolworths 1 km away to pick up some grocery. In about 15 minutes we got a phone call from the cleaner, saying it';s all done. That was steam cleaning of 3 fair-sized br's one study and a connecting hallway. Previous cleans of smaller areas in other places we lived in, had taken longer, this was not at all a job properly done.
I ended up with the feeling that a real hasty and shoddy job had been done. Fortunately for us the agent inspection did not come up with any objections. Possibly because the carpet was very old and already had stains. To my understanding, attempts to sell us some "dis-infection" at $100 was pointless, during my 10 years of tenancy in 4 different places, I had never been asked about this by any carpet cleaners. Steam cleaning is disinfecting enough imho. Summary - I would advise anyone - don't use this Co., my experience described here dates to Jan 2020.
A lot of dirt on my carpet after an industrial clean – I booked to clean carpets in 3 bedrooms and a lounge room. I vacuumed the carpets the following morning and got heaps of dust and particles that looked like they came from his equipment. I took a photo of the big pile of dust and particles collected from one of the rooms, and I collected a similar amount from all the other rooms. I sent my complaint along with the photo to the office for something to be done. First I was told to email someone that had just gone on holidays for 3 weeks. After going backwards and forwards, including with the Company Owner, the office told me they spoke to the Owner, and there was nothing they could do because I could've taken the photo of the dust and particles from another house???? The photos I took were at 5am the following morning after the job, and I certainly would not be taking photos of dust and sending it to them from somewhere else. I find it improbable that anyone would be taking photos of dust from someone else's house at that time of the morning. Not only the technician didn't do their job properly, the Company didn't even bother to send someone out to fix the job. These people claim on their website that they are "totally committed to customer satisfaction". This is incorrect because they did absolutely nothing to fix my problem.

Disappointed with cleaning standard attitude of staff – As an eighty year old l was very disappointd with the stains left in my carpet afer having it cleaned twuce.The attitude of the two different cleaners and how l was made to feel was upsetting. They did not vacuum under or behind my bed. (Vacuuming was number 1 on the list).
Overall I was disappointed and did not find this service good value for money.

Great job – Had carpet cleaned the contractor did a great job also charged what was quoted. The contractor rang to say he was on his way and turned up at the time he said he would.
