Bait-and-Switch: Anker AU used an undisclosed USD threshold on their .com.au site to downgrade a promised promotion. This was followed by three consecutive failed deliveries. They are either incompetent or intentionally misleading. 2. Management Gaslighting ([Name Removed]): When I pointed out the errors, Manager [Name Removed] tried to gaslight me by claiming a standard 765 cable was a high-end "Prime" model. This blatant lie was a pathetic attempt to cover up their mistakes. 3. Instruction to Destroy Evidence ([Name Removed]): Most shockingly, Service Manager [Name Removed] officially instructed me via email to "cut and dispose of" the incorrect items (the physical evidence) rather than arranging a return. A company that tells you to destroy evidence knows they are in the wrong. 4. The Bank's Verdict (CBA): I escalated this to the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA). The bank recognized Anker’s information as "misleading and deceptive." While they had procedural limits on a full refund, CBA was professional enough to issue a formal apology and a $317.99 compensation for my distress. It is a disgrace that a major bank shows more integrity and accountability than Anker Australia's management. I have all email logs and bank records to prove this. DO NOT trust Anker Australia.

Unparalleled service:I had problems with getting my AirPod charged on the Anker charger although the Apple Watch was charged quickly. When complaining to Anker, they responded immediately and gave me suggestions for improvement. When those didn’t work, my money was refunded.
Follow-up · 1. Anker first suggested checking electrical connections and item placement 2. I was happy with the refund as I had other charging devices although they were less convenient 3. The charger worked well with my Apple Watch, but I wanted to simultaneously charge the AirPod.

You would need to try and be this incompetent – Easier to just post my final email regarding this business. Fantastic service and a great product – Fantastic service and a great product. I bought from the myanker website and my purchase was delivered in two days. The security cameras are great quality and the picture is fantastic. Very happy with Anker.

When this did not fix the issue, they then wanted me to find another laptop with Thunderbolt4 to test the hub on, to confirm if it is faulty. I don't know about other people, but I don't know of anyone with such a spare laptop, let alone being able to find someone to lend me one for a day or more. They could not provide updated firmware, or drivers (it uses the default Windows 11 driver), or testing software. They finally told me I have to go to the retailer, and that they do not support products purchased through a retailer (other than their own, or Walmart). Friendly, but awful service.

compromised as to limited storage capacity and are motion / infrared based. If cameras are facing past ones property, the alarm will activate continuously due to passing traffic, etc. Basically, what I was looking for was a CCTV camera system that is also motion / infrared based but works like a dash cam, with a choice of SD memory card size up to the user. Or, a built in memory that will store for up to 6 weeks before rotation. I did not require a alarm or alert feature - but if this was a standard feature, I wanted to be able to deactivate it. I wrote to Anker four times requesting information in this regard and not once, did they bother to respond. So much for Eufy, so much for Anker - especially when considering I was a potential customer. I will not be supporting this company or their products in future.

itself needs re-charging. Has two USB slots for convenience....so can also plug my laptop other devices into it at the same time. Has 4 blue lights that show when fully charged and they diminish are charge is used up. Overall a very good product and highly recommended.
