Had this toaster for less than 1 month. Hardly used as I'm on diet and only 2 person household. The lever does not stay down now, so unless you stand there the whole time holding it (not gonna happen), it's basically useless. Very disappointed. Really loved the look of it.

My Anko four slice toaster - the levers wont stay down on any setting. they just spring back up. You can only toast by holding them down. WHY???
