My Mirabella Genio outdoor wifi camera doesn't have a recording settings tab. The SD card is inserted and formatted but it his not giving me and recording settings.

I have a pan and tilt mirabella genio camera, and I've noticed someone just appear, who I let stay on my couch, money went missing and they are the only suspect, my question, how would they have done that, and at 3 diferent watermarks be in 3 different positions, didn't see him enter or leave, or even walk through when he left via the front door one time while I was there? how safe are these cameras?

My Anko Doorbell camera seems to just continually send notifications - doesn't appear to wait to be triggered by movement. It can be looking at the roof while being charged and still be sending multiple notifications - drives me nuts
Hi I brought a full HD doorbell camera from Kmart and it was working great until I updated it and now I can’t get any motion detection on it everything else is working fine on it just the Motion detector doesn’t work anymore I’ve tried to restart it and even uninstall the app and reinstall it again nothing is working. please help

My home was robbed. I had anko cameras set up but they turned my power off before smashing a window and then unplugged the cameras.. they took the cameras also...can I veiw footage from the Mirabella Genio App which was the app I used to set up my cameras.

These are not for continued recording if you want continued recording u will need to buy a surveillance system These can alert u to motion and u can then screen record from your phone while you call police from another device SD cards will only take snap shot photos However u can talk threw these and tell a robber he’s being recorded and cops are on the way

I got Anko Cube e96f indoor camera, I had to get a new modem and now the app on my mobile showing offline, how can i change the wifi password. the camera got blue light on solid. if any one can help me i appreciate it thanks
You have to reset it by pressing the reset button on the door bell. You have to start all over again remove device from the app. Change your WI-FI settings and password for new modem. add device bind it again with QR code follow the booklet, unless you through it out.

How do you remove a device from an original account if you have bought it off a person who no longer has access to that account
Can you log in to the account on the app. If not you can try resetting the door bell and starting all over. I don't know if this will work, because of your email address won't be registered to the door bell.
Hey, I cant understand how to get the anko outdoor rechargable camera to trigger an alarm. It does send push notifications and captures images and video just fine when it picks up movement. Also In the Genio app. the automate function menu options are all in Chinese characters. Which is a bit of a problem for me. What am I missing here?
You need to make sure it's on automation and not tap to run, unless you are setting up an scenario scene or running other smart devices in conjunction with your door bell . the device also could be disabled. You might have to uninstall the app reset the door bell by pressing the reset button, re bindIng door bell to modern

Does the anko door bell with chime take video on the motion sensor or just photos
Yes it takes video, saves video, you can even watch video that's months old. You can even pick a perticular day, month. As long as you have not deleted it. Just hit the Play back button, even has a time line and Callander . You can watch anything at a drop of a hat. Just don't delete it. Delete your old stuff first delete what you want, save what you want, share it with your friends, police, email messages Facebook what ever explore your camera.
