reported them to my Banking Institution, PayPal, BBB, and Google because to me this definitely appears to be a fraudulent company and it royally pisses me off that their ads keep popping up on my phone every few seconds. So that's my story. Beware of this company. Total scam in my opinion.

to attract a buyer, or photoshop pictures to create a false image. Either way you will discover the materials and workmanship used, are factory rip-offs. Hence why people do not receive everything in one package even though it states items are available when you purchase, as they are mocked up according to order. And why the design, fit, material are all discrepant to the advertising. Also why there is no direct customer service contact phone number and why people do not get replies to emails. I recently have suffered the whole purchasing/disappointment/refund request process over the past few months, which I eventually left in the hands of Paypal who could clearly see a refund was owed. As you will read, people have had the same complaints up to a year ago. In an attempt for Annicloth to save themselves in light of this, the same employees/friends have written 5 star reviews over the course of the past few days as you will see- quite obvious by the subject, tone and manner in which they are written (by the same people). So I am writing my review, in order to help prevent other people losing their money and stop this fraud continuing. As it is not right/ they should not be allowed to continue operating- everyone wants to earn a dollar in this world, but it should be done in a fair and honest way.

Very very long wait – Over three weeks ago I ordered and paid for two dresses. I am well aware that I can expect a delay due to Covid but I thought by now I would have actually received SOME notification that the dresses have at least been processed or a shipping advice as to when I can expect to receive them. Terrible quality and No Refund – I ordered products worth 180 dollars , but not ONE of them were as described . None of the fabrics were true linen or cotton. They were made of cheap quality material that I would dress my dog in! I returned the items to the address mentioned. RUNAWAY!
