MACS 2019 is scam
Scam alert!! Macs alert!! MAC Display models don't have the same software as the original products. In simple words, they showcase Apples but sell oranges. Really disappointed , my MacBook Pro is overheating but they refused to fix it as they were unable to detect it. Poor Customer service, Please don't get ripped off, Its a BIG BIG SCAM !!
Poor service for a premium product
Apple directs you to perform self diagnostic checks before bringing your device in for check/repairs. Even when you know what is wrong you still need to wait days for a booking to talk about it! What a joke. The arrogance is palpable.
Software is not good last calls show up 2 days later. Swipes only work occasionally. Not happy. the same with my mackbook pro. Most apps not compatible... Totally over rated
The best Mac ever
On Tuesday 28th January 2020 I got a iMac 21.5" 2012 as a replacement for my MacBook Pro 15" 2012 since they came and took it on Monday night and since I put Windows 10 on it wasn't working so they couldn't fix it.
Beware of how Apple invoice you for your purchases.
If you buy with a "free" promotion item they take the value of the promotion item off the value of your item. Which means if you have it insured, want to claim it on your tax, or salary sacrifice the item, you cannot claim for the actual value only the value on the invoice. Apple REFUSE to show the items correctly. Customer service in Australia refer this to Singapore office, where the representatives are happy to give a lecture on processes but not listen to the needs of the customer. I have referred this matter to the department of Fair Trading.
Disappointing experience with Apple support team
I need to unlocked my phone, sent proof of purchase but they need more documents but it’s unclear what they need & when I called no one can helped and rude.

I use iPhone XS Max and have updated the phone to IOS13 and since then having continuous battery issue. Apple refused to replace the warranty even though the phone is under warranty. Went to store and spoke to representative, and their false claims.
They have a very bad and rude support service. Phone does not even last half a day and have to keep connecting to charger. It doesn't even charges the phone properly. Apple reps says it's normal.
They used to have a great service but now it is the worst experience. Was a big fan of Apple products ...

Refuse to replace faulty product.
Never by an ipod from Apple online. I bought an ipod from them six months ago that is riddled with faults. Support refuses outright to replace it and insists on spending hours with me trying to get my faulty ipod to do what it was supposed to do. I have been through this process three times now as Apple offers no other form of product support.

They do bad warranty service. They tell it is done and fixed but do not even spend a minute to switch a device on and check if an issue is really fixed. Apple mac books cost as a plane but reliable as a china calculator. Do not buy it!
Half a year ago I bought a new 2019 macbook pro 13inc. During this period there were some issues like screen flickering a few times per day or hangings on. This is the first apple mac book in my life and I did not expect any magic from it to work without any problems and did not pay any real attention on it.

Apple Store - Highpoint Melb. Zero customer after sales customer service
Purchased and installed Screen cover for iPhone. Within 2 weeks the screen snapped in half even though I have a flip phone case and phone wasn’t dropped. Rang store & was advised by I think name Adriana? There’s nothing they can do and as far as she’s concerned... the screen did its job.
I proceeded to contact the manufacturer and was told their screens have 2 yr warranty and they have offered me a replacement.

Genius bar not honest
I need to replace the ear phone and be rejected. The staff wrote a report of physical dent and there is no dent on it. The right set of ear phone had not been working before any damage but I just did not want to bother if I can hear with the let side and the another party still can hear me. The staff is rude and dishonest without any objectivity. I regret so much brought Iphone pro max. will definitely change to another brand for my next phone.
An Amazing Customer Support Service, before and after purchasing my MacBook Air and iphone
I was given great advice by Customer Support Service before I purchased an iphone and a MacBook Air. I needed to attend the Apple Store for support in navigating through what was a new experience for me, on a quite regular basis for a number of weeks. On every occasion that I needed support I was assisted patiently and respectfully by Staff either by phone or at the store until my confidence was such that I was able to navigate my lap top without assistance. I am extremely delighted both with my purchases and the ongoing support that I have received, since then.
Iv never waited so long for someone to take my money
I was told I needed a phone replacement and then waited for 2 hrs for someone to replace my phone. What was the wait for ? It only took 2 minutes to actually replace the phone
History with Apple macbook, imac & iphone.
Since 2010 I have paid Apple $18,100aud and this has been my experience.
For background I own & operate an IT business that covers office setups, repairs, creative design, marketing...etc. Not a noob, definately annoyed. I'll list these newest to oldest:
- Macbook 2019 16" (max spec): Endless bugs and issues related to the T2 security chip, including restarts, freezes, screen glitching and audio popping. All to do with T2 doing things the intel chip is meant to and Apple haven't developed it properly....yet. These bugs are with all the machin...es. Unsuable in a professional setting and looking online there's waves of returns already. Mine's 3 weeks old and all I've done is debug it and get value out of my AppleCare+. $7000aud - Macbook Pro 2016 13" (no touch bar): 2 keyboard replacements (one in first 2 weeks) with light use and device clean as possible, hardly leaving the house. 2.5 years after owning it, Apple issue a recall for a faulty battery. I visit their website, serial is part of the faulty batch. Book it in for replacement, refused as "it was fine". Battery expands a week later, Apple remove serial number from serviceable devices and tell me they won't touch it. Supplying me with a factory defect then a staff memeber taking it upon themselves to decide my machine is fine cause it looks clean without testing cost me a computer. Thanks Apple. $2500aud - iPhone X 256gb: Touch screen issue on purchase, instant replacement. $1800aud
Dishonest about delivery time
Apple online promised to deliver next business day on their website. The Ipad I ordered turned out to be 7 business days. The customer service operator was robotic. I was unable to cancel the order or make changes to where it was to be delivered. In fact, the courier had to go to an address that no one would be because it was printed on the label. Really quite silly. I ended up having to ask them to keep it in storage for 3 weeks. My son missed out on the Christmas present. Never yet anything posted from apple. They do not live up to their promises and their service is quite ridiculous.
Poor customer service in regards to issues with iPhone X

* Ive had this issue with my iPhone X since I purchased it in July 2018. I addressed the issue when I returned from holidays in November. They ran tests, completely reset my phone and even changed the speaker over 2 visits to the Apple store (2 hour drive away). After being assigned to [name removed] from senior Apple support with the software engineers working on the issue, I was promised a fix with the software update in January. It did nothing. I contacted [name removed] in Feb and she never resp...onded to my calls or emails. Ive recently contacted Apple again and they have not helped me. These senior Apple advisors included [names removed]... again, all of who disappear after contact. Ive even tried to return it to Officeworks (where I purchased it) and they dont have a loan phone while they send mine off for diagnostics and repairs. Apple want me to do another diagnostic test, even though they have 2 from November and a video of my phone playing up. Apparently this isnt enough proof. But clearly, as shown here, there is a fault in the software. Rude and unhelpful
Telephone support person was rude and unhelpful. He could not resolve my issue with Apple TV and kept saying that I should have called sooner, before the problem occurred. Kept me on hold for long periods and I am pretty sure some of that was on purpose because I asked to speak to his supervisor. I love Apple products & the in store staff are great, but phone support was sub standard to say the least.
poor customer service
Today called the customer service line at Chadstone to inquire what interest free options are available to purchase an i phone. Reply was to ask latitude or the bank for the details , was unable to tell what interest free periods are available response was "go and ask the bank" . and the line was abruptly cut off. I called back but unfortunately the same person spoke to me and again terminated the phone line.on the 3rd attempt a different sales person spoke and he was helplessly helpful as he was unable to find a manger to talk to me. But af...ter going to and fro (presumed he spoke to some one) ,i was informed someone will call me back. Since i preferred to speak to some one at apple to call me at a time more suitable to me the sales person again appeared to to hold a number of conversations with another person before i was told to contact at a certain time. Apple products are good but the customer service at the local store is very poor It is good to try out the product at the store but when it comes to purchasing on interest free option i find the service is very poor in the end i didn't purchase the product

Why won't my iPad Pro work after a software upgrade? The screen is blank and there is no sign of life after trying to restart it multiple times by pressing the power button, etc. I totally blame the software upgrade for this situation! Is this Apple's way of forcing me to replace what was a perfectly functioning iPad? I'm not impressed.
Why don’t your products last ver long ?
I can only speak from my experience,but apart from having problems with my iPhone X I still have my iPhone 4s,5s and 6s and they are all still working.
I bought my iPad mini in 2014, the iPad is now quite old. It did last quite a while (until 2019). On the other hand, my newer iPad should last longer.
