Chargers for phones! Apple you are getting more stingy and your prices still go up!
I’ve had an iPhone for 10+ years and I feel like the price is going up every year but the chargers change way too much. They use to come with a power adaptor plug but now only come up with a USB, I’ve been fine with this for the last few years but now they are even changing the USB leads to the point I now have to go out and buy a new power adapter to fit it. Considering the amount you pay for an iPhone which is ridiculously experience by the way, if you are going to continue to change your product charging leads, and up your price don’t be so stingy with proving a power plug to go with it! We pay enough for it as it is, up your game!
The screen of my iPad was faulty as they said (not my fault) and because out of warranty they did not replace it and apple was not able to repair it (of course) so my only option was to buy another for 950$ for a 12.9 iPad Pro 2th gen?!?!! crazy even asking something like that.
Very disappointed with apple, as I said to the guy I am done with apple once and for all

On mothers day (over a month ago) i switched on my mac and found ALL MY FILES WERE GONE! I use the mac for only work and have now lost everything (own my own business). I got in touch with Apple and they blamed Microsoft. Microsoft have proven its not them and it must be Apple (microsoft support is amazing!). I have had 4 senior support staff, who have all disappeared. One after the other! No one cares and no one gets in touch! Apple do not have a clue what happened and they have no interest in finding out. Apparently the senior support do not ...
Read morehave managers and if i wanted to make a complaint i have to WRITE A LETTER). Yes a letter!!! The most technologically advanced - billion dollar company - do not have an email, do not accept phone calls past senior support - and have to write a letter. How archaic and terrible! I would have to pay for postage, write the letter, send it and wait for maybe a response! Just disgusting! I have no faith in my mac and will never use a mac again! I used to love apple, ( i have an iphone, ipad etc), but after this, they are dead to me! If you own a company i would strongly advise to back up 5 times a day, if you use a mac and be very cautious!- 11 reviews

Decided I needed a new iPhone.
Got online, booked an Apple sales appointment within the hour, went down to Chadstone and saw Tarne at my booking time and bought the 13 pro, some AirPods and a charging plug.
2 hours after my booking, I had everything I wanted.
Great service, advice and a fun chat.
I’ll never get my phone from the service shops ever again. Excellent service.

Pathetic technical support
I'm having an issue to restore operating system in mac and last night I've chat online to fixed but didn't fixed - Online Technical Advisor advise to go to the store physically and get it done - Tech advisor booked my appointment for 1:30 pm today -
I went Apple store (Perth City CBD) at 1:10 to secure my que - I've asked them I've an appointment and want to fix my MAC, the lady at apple shop tried to educate my time management and said your appointment on 1:30, so why you come early, and we can't offer you seat at...

What happened to Apple after-sales Support? They use to be better. Now the most wealthy company in the world won't support their products as expected. Very sad when they empathise and tell you that sucks but "The computer says NO". I'd like to speak to customer relations but were not willing to put me through. Outside of their remit, they said. I thought their remit was to relate to customers.

Ordered a new mac and lots of accessories and did a trade-in option so I could get $100 for my air mac which is perfect. Ideally, I'd have liked to drop it for collection at a post office or apple store, however, this isn't an option. You have to pick a day and stay there all day from 9am-6pm so they can collect it. This service is inconvenient but as it was the only option, I took a day off work (which costs me a lot of money to do not to mention VERY inconvenient to be stuck at home and not given a more appropriate window of contact. I picked...
Read more the day and they confirmed through auto message the day before. I waited LITERALLY all day and they didn't collect it!!!!! I was clearly extremely upset about this colossal waste of time!!! I called their "service" call centre and was on the phone for half an hour as Oscar told me that their "solution" was that I simply rebook and waste another day sitting at home waiting.... and what if they don't come again? Then what? I should sit at home for the rest of my life for a measly $100?! The money is so insignificant at this stage, I'm so discussed with the service and the fact that after being on the phone for half an hr, Oscar could only say I should do it again. I told him that they must find a place I can drop it off or otherwise deduct the $100 simply for the MASSIVE inconvenience. I told him he needs to contact me by email and summarise our conversation so we both have a record of the conversation, which I confirmed from him that I'd hear from them in the next day or so... I did - an auto email saying to rebook another day. I'm so horrified with this level of "service," the absolute lack of care shown and their seemingly uncaring team and systems. And they want to target entrepreneurs?? I guess we all have the time to just wait all day and if they don't bother collecting it, then just sacrifice another day. I should bill them $1000 for my time as that's the potential loss from their inconsiderate behaviour. If they can't provide the service properly they should remove it as an option! Really really disappointed Apple!! ps - would have emailed this just directly to them, however, as there's no option for that I thought I'd tell them in writing in the only way I could, publicly! I'm certainly not calling their "service" number just to talk to another useless Oscar for half an hr, who then ignores you anyway!Related Articles
iPad pro stopped working after 4 years. Apple built there brand of sweat shop labour making products cheap poor workmanship and then highly over pricing them. My iPad pro had a major hardware failure and apple denied any responsibility to fix it.
Not enough staff and staff that were there were chatting in groups when requested for help on an item no one available for 10 minutes. Demo in progress on ground to empty space to loud to talk to someone
Bad layout on ground floor, store not friendly

Wow, made an appointment with the Genius Bar to enquire about having my son’s iPad screen fixed. Thankfully I had been paying for Apple Care since we bought it. When I broke the screen I worried it would be a nightmare to have fixed. How wrong I was. The efficiency and professionalism of the staff in the Doncaster Apple Store was like nothing I’d seen before. Once I’d explained my situation they acted quickly to assure me Apple Care meant my son’s broken iPad would be replaced immediately at a cost of just $65. Could not be happier with the service received or with the coverage of Apple Care. Thanks Apple!

Visited the store to be helped with my new phone I had purchased just over a week ago . Great service at the Genius Bar with Kylie who took her time & expertise to explain in detail to me how to resolve some of the issues I told her I was having with my new phone . Kylie was very professional , congratulations for the wonderful service !
I would also like to mention that Mikey was very helpful in explaining to me one of the Optus plans .
Thank you both for the amazing service.
I highly recommend this place with no doubt .

A staff named Heba at Doncaster Westfield Apple Store is super rude and has ethical issue.
If Apple kept hiring staff in awful manner, it is a big issue for its reputation.
Bought a $3600 high tier iMac. Experienced fan/heating issue after 6 months of purchase.
They didn't find the root cause but asked me "are you using chrome?" and blamed Chrome for the issue.
Get zero support. No refund. No repair.
I am using that faulty iMac with huge fan noise when writing this review. Terrible experience.
I will never buy another iMac in my life.

After explaining my concern to the customer service, i was not aware they did not get me. They did not clarify about my issue first and in the middle of troubleshooting for one hour, told me like, "Aha! Now i know." Like, dude seriously? And then proceeded to troubleshoot for another one hour but I decided to give up. Jesus, it is an unproductive use of my time.

Make sure you change the Apple Store region to Australia before purchasing, then choose your product and enter all shipping and billing info, if you use a Visa or Mastercard to pay, it should process and send the item.
