Rubbish. Zero communication after a booked service. Tried contacting to get updates with zero response. They just have a 3rd party call center vetting calls with no way to contact them directly. Given my experience, I called them earlier on the day they were supposed to arrive (for the 2nd time) and I could tell the guy had no idea what was happening, after 10 mins on hold, he came back and advised they would call the technician, find out where he was and come back to me with a time. That was 4 days ago.

Kieron correctly diagnosed the problem with my 25 year old washer, ordered the part & installed it on the agreed date and the machine is once again working perfectly. Thanks Kieron! Show reply

........Appliance Fix recently repaired our Miele washing machine. I agree that the booking system is a little cumbersome, but once I received a callback from Kieran from the company the service was great. I was kept informed at every step re appointments , and fix of my older machine. Kieran was knowledgeable, listened to me re the symptoms, he found the problem and now my 12 year old Miele has a new lease of life. Price seemed reasonable. Thankyou.

Avoid. Shambolic. Uncommunicative. Unresponsive....... the technician is a nice guy but the communication throughout is a complete sham. I recently had the worst experience trying to book a dishwasher repair service. frustrated and disappointed when no one followed up or even bothered to keep me updated. I would not recommend dealing with this company unless they seriously revamp their customer service process. As a paying customer, I expect prompt responses and professionalism, but unfortunately, this was far from the case. A complete waste of time!

contact the supplier. Have not heard from them since and had to organise a repair with an alternative company- the one we usually use. The other company fixed the dishwasher- This company did not know how to fix the appliance, took our money and are now unable to be contacted. We would like our money returned as the problem was not fixed after giving them multiple chances to fix the dishwasher.

issue with having to follow up with excellent technical people, as long as their work is good. Funny enough, I didn’t experience any communication issues and the workmanship and skills on offer were second to none. Big thank you to Kieron, you are an excellent tradesperson and someone I trust.

The guys at Appliance Fix was very responsive to my service request to both my faulty oven and my leaky washing machine. The tech i spoke when i enquired was very patient in explaining the entire process to me, and gave me a good cost estimate. He promptly organised someone from his team to come out to assess and repair. A great experience with these guys, and I would be happy to use them again and recommend.

3 callouts, over $400 spent on a dishwasher repair with no fix. Ended up correctly diagnosing fault myself, ordering $20 part on eBay and installing myself. Found 3 screws missing/not replaced in the process. Would rate 0 stars if possible.

Miele sent Appliance Fix for repairs. Kieran came out and charged $199 for visit. Returned one week lter with the Miele parts, charged $322 dollars. Problem was not remedied. Appliance Fixwuill not answer e-mails or phone calls. I agree they are scammers!!!

Appliance Fix was recommended by Miele. Washing Machine broke down on a Thursday. There was a very quick response from a phone call. Very pleasant and helpful repair man came out. The part was ordered and installed on the following Thursday. No Fuss. We would highly recommend this company for their help and quick response informing us of the progress for this repair.

tried to call, message and call his company (fyi his company phone number is answered by a message service so they can’t tell you anything) for a week and a half, all with no reply. I was lucky I could request that I have another company allocated and that second guy was brilliant. I heard nothing after that initial phone call June 18 until today (July 29) when he messaged me saying the part was in and wanted to arrange to fit it. Is he joking? I can only hope that anyone who is unfortunate enough to need washing machine repaired DO NOT CALL KIERON unless you want to give him money then be ghosted by him, as this seems a common occurrence based on my experience and reading other reviews. What a scammer.

One of the worst service providers I ever used for anything. Went several weeks before responding to initial inquiry. Then told me he would order parts and I went at six weeks before following him up, which was in complete silence no response.

I am going to report them to consumer affairs. They cannot operate and scam people like this.

This company is a scam as far as I know! We had someone come out to check out our dishwasher. Payed the fee for some guy to come over and check it out, was told it could take up to 2 weeks for a part to arrive. 3 weeks later and we are getting no information. These people stole our money. Do not use these people.
