Ordered around $137 of aquarium plants and the order was not complete E-mailed twice about the non delivery of a item that wasn't included only to be ignored Buy local guys

Wish there were negative stars , wish I'd read reviews before purchasing. DO NOT waste your money. Ordered quite a few plants but didn't receive the most expensive of them. Sent 2 emails & finally got a response via website but still haven't received replacement after 7 days.

Happy – Have made 2 seperate purchases from aquafy in the last couple months. The first was a small plant order. sort out what was what. My fish arrived healthy and live. The shrimp did not all arrive live, but I followed the procedure for DOA and owner was willing to refund for the DOA no problems. Would purchase here again

Couldn't be happier – I received my order today and couldn't be happier. The plants were in excellent health and so were the snails. I was a bit concerned as I read the reviews after I had ordered, however the order was packed in a very cute little polystyrene box and arrived quickly. I will definitely be buying more from Aquafy.

These guys are a rip off, they have a scam of UPSELL.COM. Which fools you into additional sales thinking you are paying for the original order. Further they do not reply or respond to emails requesting cancelation or refund of unwanted UPSELL.COM items. Will never use them again. Alswo claimed they shipped the items including the unwanted items on Easter Sunday by Aus Post. Just liars.

Appallingly! I bought 3 x Myriophyllum "Parrots Feather" at $8 each = $24 + $12 postage. What arrived was a small, 1/4 full, zip lock bag with a sprig of 7 stems. Barely above what they said was 1 bunch let alone 3. Clearly they do not care about their customers. Anyone preparing this $36 order, would look at that bag and know it's a complete rip off. My advice is don't buy from them, find your nearest local pet shop.

I wish I check the reviews before I purchase anything form this place. Quality doesn’t exist and customer service is something that this place doesn’t understand. This is Monte Carlo :(

Shocking prices for quality/quantity provided. $120 resulted in 4 small clip-seal bags with tiny cuttings of a few different plants. Over a week to post. This business cannot be legit. Steer clear!!

Business Ethics & Transparency Based on my experience, there seems to be little regard for customer feedback. Despite many negative comments from customers, the business continues to operate without addressing concerns or improving transparency.

My Order Experience I placed an order worth approximately AUD 150. The entire order was small enough to fit into my letterbox.

All live plants were packed in zip-lock bags with roughly a tablespoon of water.

Duckweed consisted of what looked like a tablespoon of sesame-seed-sized fragments.

The “assorted lily” had no rhizome and looked like kidney weed. Must be a wild lily as the

leave stem reached the water surface. Red Root Floaters consisted of only two leaves with minimal roots.

Most other plants were merely cuttings with no established roots.

Value for Money In my opinion, the products received were not worth the price paid.

Complaints & Fair Trading While the experience was disappointing, a formal complaint may not succeed because the product descriptions are vague and non-specific.

Will I Purchase Again? No. I would not buy from this seller again.

Ordered Ludwigia Pantanal, and was sent Ludwigia Cuba. Contacted seller, provided photos, and was told that the plant was L. Pantanal. That's it, no more contact from seller after several attempts to have the issue resolved. I already have Ludwigia Cuba growing in my tank, and I've grown Pantanal before, so I know what it's supposed to look like. Very disappointed. Don't shop with this business. Be warned ⚠️

refund, i quoted the policy "if 70% of live stock is damaged a full refund is issued" and he stopped replying. Had to go through bank to get a refund. Very rude, and im so dissapointed.

Website is either broken, or an intentional scam. Adding up all items in my cart separately was $88, but the total said $98. Go into checkout and it now says the cart is worth $107. Purchased shrimp amongst other things on 8/9/2025 didn’t receive my package for 8 days. Contacted on 15/9/25 to be told it was sent on the 15th. Was also express post but nothing about this purchase was express! I think they is hard pressed getting out of bed. Communication was atrocious too! You don’t communicate with a customer by saying yep! BUYERS BEWARE!

So.... Expect a lot less than pictured. The titles and photos are very misleading, the packaged plants are in small sandwich bags and are significantly smaller than pictured online. You will not be getting your moneys worth

Even if my order comes which i dont give a f about, i wont return it as i didnt even want the order and wanted to cancel it. 29.96 bucks wasted and im still ongoing with my case. Hopefully they get my dispute and refund it. I heard a lot of the comments saying the product comes either dead, snail infested or damaged.
