Dodgy business steer clear – Ordered a pump, when it arrived it was broken. Business refuses to respond to anyone including eBay and Qld justice department (fair trading). Sent the pump back for repairs or refund under warranty along with a return postage and still have not received anything. I am reporting them for theft to the police.

No contact possible with this company – All contact details, phone numbers, email addresses, do not exist. Glad the website is so bad, it wouldn’t let me order. Then discovered no contact possible.

the wiring in my sump is a mission, this was already wired-in. Took a few months to get stock back but as soon as they received a shipment i was contacted via email and within 3 days a courier brought my impeller. Granted I had to use a spare pump in the mean time but the pandemic did mess shipping up so all is understandable. All in all I am very satisfied with the service as they did not forget about me and delivered as soon as it was possible. I have bought another item since and it arrived promptly. I am happy

and escalated it to a dispute. THEN he answered the same day. I had to send the filter back-which I did and got my refund. BUT it did not include the return shipping that I was entitled to as per the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission's Consumer Law with the item having MAJOR damage. Emailed him AGAIN requesting the shipping and again NOTHING. Finally got Paypal to reimburse me for it but I will be launching a complaint with the ACCC for his unscrupulous business practices. Just avoid this vendor-the cheap, too good to be true prices are not worth the hassle.

still waiting for my refund. I have emailed and emailed and emailed with no response. I guess it's all good if you receive a working item but this is terribly disappointing and frustrating. Do not order unless you're happy to support unresponsive sellers with no customer service.

They are a online only shop with no customer service i.e. no email, no phone number, no way to contact them – Bought a uv sterilizer which broke in the first 3 months. I had to contact ACCC just to contact the business to get it replaced.

transit. They only use fastaway/aramex which are useless at best. Asked the in what container on the Sydney to Perth train the chiller was in and got a big “we don’t know”. Email AOS several times I the last weeks, both sales and support. Emails had tracking attached, doubt they understand that. They got all of them yet no response. $600 item and they don’t care. They will next week when Afterpay blacklists them. For anyone not aware if you contact Afterpay regarding a sale they is not supplied the seller hits a blacklist, after a few blacklists they are bared from using there service.

Terrible customer service – They cannot be contacted by phone. Do not provide any customer service and are not trustworthy. Do not purchase anything from these guys as they care not for the customer.

No post sales communication – I was very happy with the purchase side of things but things started to go wrong when a very battered product arrived. Won't call back – Don't buy from this company. You cannot call them, and they don't reply to online requests. I only rec'd part of the order and they won't reply to my requests to send the rest. Avoid!

Don't deal with this business – The owner of this business has just had Australia's longest serving and largest African cichlid facebook group site closed down permanently by facebook because a group member posted about the problems he was having getting a warranty claim accepted on a faulty LED light.

Umm hello ? – Was looking at purchasing some gear but I thought I would email them first to see if they deliver to my address and also if they had spare parts for what I was buying. Havnt heard a thing even after follow up emails. Couldn’t even find a phone number. Oh well .. guess I’m going somewhere else. Not a very smart way of running a business !

Don't buy from them – I ordered Salifert test kits, use by dates expired and low use by dates. Can't contact them for replacement.Can't ebay stop them advertising on their website. Beware when you see cheap prices much lower than other sellers.

Crooks, avoid, no warranty, trade in eBay under safari centre and aust-aquasales too – They are cheap and send orders quickly. Full Stop. No customer service – I received a damaged package , couldn't contact the supplier , had to go thru Fastway couriers, Fastway has refunded the supplier but I have not seen my refund , they now owe me money and won't respond , don't use this company

Good Price No Spare Parts – Purchased Coral Box Wi Fi Doser. Have repeatedly asked for spare parts. No response to emails. No published phone contact. No address. My guess there will be no response to my latest request for support.

Bought 7 fish all but 1 died in less then a week – I bought 7 angel fish and with in a few days they started dying, all parameters are good and they are the only fish to die. I have owned angels before and this is the first time I have had basically all die so quickly.

No Service / No warranty – After about 7 months my pump stopped working , I have sent several emails to both addresses but have not had a reply! Crap service ,go elsewhere!

Products shipped fast but no product support – My products have always been shipped promptly, but if you need support for anything purchased, forget it. Packages come with a mobile phone # on the box. I called it, and he hung up on me, and now won't answer calls at all. Supposedly he's been reported to the ACCC. to attempt making contact with them. After threatening an ACCC complaint, they've finally agreed to send the correct item I ordered. This supplier replied to emails with the most atrocious and derogatory language and I have proof of their communication.

You can get the same products for similar prices (maybe a little more but totally worth it) at other online aquarium stores that offer much better service and are also located in Queensland.

Warranty what a joke – What a joke this company is second time I have had a warranty and got no reply first time was a pump which was cheap so I let it ride .. This time they told me these CP-40 s were great wow a reply !! So I bought 2 and now looks like I can kiss that money goodbye as now I have another warranty NO ANSWER...

No reply to Warranty – My Maxspect Gyre 200 Series Advanced Controller LED display faded. I sent emails to discuss the problem under warranty and no reply. Don't buy anything from this site - it has no warranty!!!! No one will contact you.

If it breaks you'll lose your money – Ordered an Eheim Universal Pump 1260, all good till it didn't work shortly after. Owner spun the same web as others have posted, 'send it back for testing'. Sent item with tracking, which arrived two days later, but no contact from owner for weeks. Upon being contacted the owner claims it never arrived. Never saw it, don't know who signed for it, must have got lost. Avoid.

Grateful customer for fast delivery – The cooling fan of my aquarium chiller stopped working unexpectedly and I needed a replacement quickly. I found the spare I needed on this website at a good price and immediately ordered it. Their quick service ensured that I had it before the weekend. Great product, even better price and the best after sales service ever – Needed a air pump for the weekend, paid on Tuesday morning and received the tracking number the same day. The next day when I tracked the item I saw fastway couriers sent it to the wrong town, contacted Aquarium Online Supplies and they sent me a new one the same day, not only that but they sent it express post so I had it on Friday That is great service in my book.

Not replying to emails after broken item – I brought a media reactor and auto top off unit for my reeftank. The prices were good but within a month the auto top off unit stopped. I have sent several emails but they haven't replied. Definitely would recommend these guys to anyone.

Extremely good prices and service – Aquarium online supplies gives constant and good service. Packages drive on time and their prices are exceptionaly good. They also have a great variety of products to choose from and add new products regularly.

Dead on arrival – Supplied product that was dead on arrival, was unwilling to replace product without sending item back for them to "test" at my expense (no guarantee I would get the same DOA product back), would not send replacement or swap out, would not pick item up had to get PayPay to intervene.

Aquariums Online Supplies rip off – In brief: Bought Air pumps, Heater and Bio Balls. Paid $75 deliver fee, only for it to be collected at the Post Office. Fast Away Courier had a poor attitude. When the parcels eventually arrived (and we do live in modern times...) the heater was missing. Send several queries, no action. Only got one reply from [name removed] who seemed "shocked" but did not do anything about it.
