Side note order email did go to my promotions folder (thanks for the useless new feature Gmail) so I was a little concerned at first but one message to them and they explained the Gmail issue that has caught out a lot of other customers so I got it in the end thanks to their help.

Great customer service all round.

Placed an order and paid up front. Been waiting 3 weeks with NO explanation, email or messages. My request for information is unanswered. Very dissapointing. After many weeks this company lied, incorrectly stated product information and actually encouraged negative feedback saying all feedback is good. After I lodged a complaint with Consumer affairs Victoria, they issued a refund against my wishes. PLEASE DO NOT use these unscrupulous company

transformer posted the next day at no cost with tracking provided so I could check it. Which arrived on my door the next morning as they sent express and packed good as usual.

I had been panicking big time thinking my corals would be without lights for months and crying to my girlfriend as we don’t have the money to get a new light right now but they sorted it in under 3 days including postage time! I love this! New transformer works perfect and corals are super happy which is great cos anyone with corals knows how much they cost so losing them to no light isn’t an option.

This is the kind of support you want when buying online!

Very dodgy company – I bought a faulty pump from these people. dirty. I advised them it was a new pump and in pristine condition. They advised via email on 14/02/23 that it had been fixed and would be returned as soon as possible. Since then I have heard nothing from them. No pump and no response to any of my emails of 9/3/23 and 8/4/23. Just dead silence. So they have my $56 pump and I have nothing. Absolute disgrace/[Content Removed]/[Content Removed]. If they have forgotten about it or misplaced it they should at least own up to their failings and send me a replacement pump or a refund. I didn't pay $56 as a free donation. Better off to go to a real store where people provide honest customer service. I have always been courteous and have numerous emails going back and forth with [Name Removed] through this process until they decided to cut contact for no apparent reason other than poor business practise.

I had a chance to clean the tank. I got a prompt recommendation for the battery operated ‘vacuum cleaner’ which was absolutely brilliant for my needs. Unfortunately it didn’t come with piping and i used my regular one and in 2 weeks there was a crack in the sealing point of plastic which caused the leak and made the tool useless. I’ve enquire about spare parts and send the pictures of the damage and the only request was to fill in the return form, after which I have received the replacement of the device. I’m so happy, will make sure to use a very soft piping with it now, and you might bet that I’m going to keep buying from this shop. Just about to search for some apple snail food - maybe they will have it :)

Faceless company with no contact number – This company has no contact telephone number. They simply ignore emails regarding warranty. Do not buy here. I believe the 5 star reviews are fake.

Very bad – Very bad, took longer then said they would, parts were damaged and it just took forever. Very disappointed in quality of product better off going to your local aquarium rather then this and waste the money on derlivery thats takes longer then a week

Will not refund or replace incorrect item – Received incorrect item. When asked for correct item to be sent was referred to T&Cs and told that i should have notified them within one day of receipt. Filter is not a perishable item so why i cannot get a correct item thas was ordered. And if you sent the wrong item, correct the error and everyone happy. I won't be buying from this shop again.

Zoo mini betta pellets – Hi, I just received my zoo micro betta floating pellets in very quick time. My betta is a finicky eater and will only eat these pellets. I couldn't obtain them locally but thankfully you had them in stock. I will be using your store again! Cheers, Ian Rick. Show reply

Went over and beyond – We had brought a filter from another fish shop that no longer sold it and didn't want to help us when we had a problem. I googled the filter and emailed aquatic supplies. friendly advice and a good range as you'd expect in a store. The only tiny bug bear I have is that they do sell a lot of products that are inappropriate for bettas such as tanks that are too small ect. I would love to see them move away from these lines. Otherwise, I would always recommend this store.
