Please do not buy from these scammers who are not based in Australia. Worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Bought a dress cost $100 would not even use it as a rag. reality). When I attempted to follow their return policy to request a refund, I encountered multiple obstacles, suggesting a deliberate effort to avoid refunding customers.

Ironically, despite the store’s listed address in Sydney, Australia, I was required to return the product to China at my own expense, incurring international postage costs.

After returning the item as instructed, I discovered that the provided address was incorrect, leading to the package being sent back to me (see the bounced mail notice from the delivery company) after three months. Upon receiving the return parcel, I contacted Ador Sydney, but I have yet to receive a response.

To make matters worse, they strategically delayed the return process until my PayPal dispute period expired, preventing me from obtaining a refund through PayPal’s buyer protection.

Ultimately, I decided to discard the dress and forfeit the total amount to avoid further wasted time, money, and frustration.

This kind of misleading and unfair business practice makes shopping at Ador Sydney a risky choice. If you value product quality and reliable customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding this retailer to prevent losing money due to an impossible return process and poor quality products.

This company is a scam! Fraudulent and deceptive. I usually check websites but slipped up with this one. The dress received was of such poor quality that I actually laughed. It was so bad I wouldn’t wear it to a fancy dress party but see the photos for yourself. I’m currently trying to get a refund of $99 and it has been a nightmare. I don’t hold out much hope. online. The "linen" shirt was made of cheap, plastic-like material, and the shorts were the wrong size and totally unwearable. The quality was absolutely appalling, and it was clear these items were made with no care or standards.

When I tried to return the items, I was told to send them back to China at my own cost — $25 in postage, only for the parcel to be returned to me two months later, supposedly due to unpaid customs fees. Now they are refusing to process my return, claiming it's outside their 30-day policy — despite the delay being entirely their fault.

I later discovered that many other customers had the exact same experience. This is a repeat scam, and I genuinely don’t understand how platforms like PayPal continue to allow this company to operate.

Everything about Ardor Sydney is fraudulent. Their photos are fake, their location is a lie, and their return process is a trap. If you've had a similar experience, I strongly urge you to report them to:

Instead, they told us to keep the shoes and offered a $40 voucher—so we were left with unusable shoes and out over $70.

Trying to make use of the voucher, I ordered a pair of earphones priced at $43.99. I wasn’t expecting top quality, but figured it was worth using the voucher credit. Now, it’s been almost a month and I still haven’t received the earphones. Every time I email them, they just ask for my order number or address, again and again, without actually resolving anything. To top it off, they even had the nerve to send me a review link. Really?!!!!!

To show how they operate, I’ve found an example: a smartwatch they advertise on Ardor Sydney as “on sale” for $230.99 is actually listed on Alibaba for just $45. That’s how they rip people off—by marking up cheap products and disguising them as premium.

This company is unprofessional, misleading, and not worth your time or money. I feel completely scammed and will be pursuing this further. Do yourself a favour—shop elsewhere.

Despite raising legitimate concerns, I was expected to pay for return shipping for a defective item – something that goes against Australian Consumer Law. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I’ve since opened a dispute through PayPal.

asking for a refund as the shoes don’t fit with photos showing they don’t fit me, even though they are supposed to be a size 11, and they refuse to refund me the money for the return of the shoes. Just offering a 50% store credit of the price I paid for the shoes, so only a store credit for half of what I paid for them, not even a 100% credit for the price I paid for the shoes!!!
