Booked me in quick, next day, gave me 3 hour window for when the tech would arrive, got a call ,20 min before to let me know he was on his way. Fixed my washing machine in under an hour. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this company.

This was for a Bosch dishwasher – This company would have to be the best company I have ever had dealings with communication and punctuality was fantastic Noah new his business and the price was very reasonable

Awful. Don't use them. 1. Left the appliance in WORSE condition than when they arrived. Only one of the two dishdrawers was not working when they arrived to make the 'repair'. Think twice about using them

I assume the good reviews are bogus

Overcharged for visit, technician was dodgy – Technician was dodgy about the charge. He was on premises for no longer than 10 minutes to take one look at the machine and tell me the motherboard needed replacing. He charged for half an hour even though charges were in 15 minute increments. He also did his best at this time to avoid any eye contact with me and concealed the pay machine’s display. Not trustworthy, would not use again.

Do NOT Use under any circumstances to repair your washing machine – I booked Ark who gave me assurances their repair person would be able to correctly diagnose my washing machine and repair it. You could hear water going into my machine but it was not going into the drum. You could hear the motor going. packed up and told me the motor was stuffed and that it was not worth repair my machine that I should get a new one. As I could not see how this could eliminate all possibilities I decided to get a second opinon unfortunately that second opinon also failed however the third person called to look at my machine discovered it was a lose connection behind the control panel about $30 repair. My machine is now working. He did have to remove, as I suspected the top panel, back panel and front panel to find the cause. I went to Ark requesting a full refund they refused despite the guarantee on their website and have stood beside the workmanship I experienced and the diagnosis. If I had listend to Ark I would have ended up replacing an easily and cheaply repairable washing machine. I was astounded they stood beside this standard of service and clearly faulty diagnosis. I could not see how the motor was stuffed when you could hear it working?

I wanted to give them no stars but you are forced by this system to give them a star please do not use them because by standing by the service they are providing all consumers are at risk.

Liam arrived on time, was polite and quickly found the problem!! Organised quotations on the spot ! Don't believe half the bad reviews on website, think they are just jealous people who don't give as good service and try to put people down. Congratulations , and I hope all your service people are equally as polite and knowledgeable as Liam.

I can highly recommend Ark Appliances for all repairs of appliances – I can recommend Noah from Ark Appliances, the service was prompt and efficient. A time frame was given, and a message giving the precise time of arrival came just in advance , it was correct to the minute - very impressed! The actual repair work was done efficiently, spare parts required delivered within a day and installed soon after. The cost of repair was very reasonable, saving us $1200 on the new machine we were considering.
