Technician was dodgy about the charge. He was on premises for no longer than 10 minutes to take one look at the machine and tell me the motherboard needed replacing. He charged for half an hour even though charges were in 15 minute increments. He also did his best at this time to avoid any eye contact with me and concealed the pay machine’s display. Not trustworthy, would not use again.

A time frame was given, and a message giving the precise time of arrival came just in advance , it was correct to the minute - very impressed!
