If I could give zero stars I would – Ordered an item only to be told it was on back order for two months. I was offered a refund which I accepted. However refund never came through. After multiple attempts to contact over several weeks I finally sent through a formal letter of complaint. Only after this was refund received. Worst Customer Service Experience!!!! – Bought dining chairs 6 weeks ago, at the time the delivery time was 2 weeks. Only after 2 attempts to get in contact with them, did they respond saying it would be delivered a month later, still nothing!!! Doesn't seem a legitimate company - beware – Though the site looks legitimate - this doesn't appear to be a genuine company. I ordered, money has been taken from my account, but I have not received confirmation of the order or heard from this company despite many attempts to reach them. If a real company, then their systems and customer service are terrible or non-existent. Either way - it's not great.
