Waiting for refund!! – I bought a luggage and they said it will delay. So I ask for refund and till now didn't receive. Almost 5 months. Now I send email it's said can't find the email id. Very disappointing.

Criminals – Our sink took months to be delivered, it was so late that it missed the deadline we had with the plumber, so we had to buy another sink instead. Once the Aromadonna sink finally arrived, I organised a refund straight away. This was December 2021, I still have not been refunded the $300 owed, and they have stopped replying to emails. Absolute criminals.

Very unhappy – The product never arrived. Said the order was cancelled as it wasn't paid on time. Provided proof of payment then told it would be shipped. Now the website is down.

Won't refund money even though products never received after 4 months – Ordered products in December 2021 and when they did not arrive by 24 December 2021, I asked for refund. Getting your money back from Aromadonna – I ordered a Christmas tree from Aromadonna and after a couple of months of waiting and my enquiries ignored by Aromadonna, I decided to complain to the Office of Fair Trading . I finally got a refund about 5 months after placing the order. I would recommend the same action for others in the same position. All done on-line ✔️

Absolutely a scam company – Bought a tall boy, after one week told me that was out of stock never received a refund close to one years. let's do something together to stop these thieves !!! they cannot get rich with our money and continue to swindle poor people. they must be in jail. Buyer Beware – Buyer beware. This business is a complete scam. Their modis-operandi is quite simple but effective. Take your money; say item is on back-order; approve a refund but you never receive your money back. I have been waiting for a refund since Nov last year. Don't bother ringing them or sending an email as it's a waste of time. I regret that I didn't check the Product Review website prior to placing my order.

will penalize you by placing your emails and order at the back of the line. (see for yourself on their website) Luckily, I was intending to buy other items I needed, but decided to see how it went with my very first order. I will NEVER buy from these people again. Clearly the customer is not valued, not respected, just another bag of dollars to be exploited and abused. I guess people will ignore this warning to their detriment and loss.

through via bank deposit. When I chased it up a few days later, was told the item on back order, dispatch eta more than 2 months away. Was offered a refund which I took. Like everyone else, I received no communication since. I have reported the issue to my bank NAB. Also reported Cybercrime. About to report to ACCC and Commonwealth bank which hold the accounts. Update: after sending many emails and texts daily, I did get a refund but it took more than 3 months. I do not think I would have received that refund if I didn’t hassle them, reported them to ACCC and my bank.

Delivered to wrong address – I ordered a shelving unit on January 18th. Finally got a message from Startrack saying it would be delivered on Feb 9th. It wasn't! Enquiries said it had been delivered to a Melbourne address. I live in WA. No further records with Startrack. (Not their fault) So no item. Do not deal with this firm. Show details
