Good machine but not great customer service – I'm really happy with the machine itself but my experience with their customer service team has been below average. received a reply straight away. Initially I was really impressed and thought this is going to be a really smooth process. They email me a postage paid sticker and I post it back tomorrow right? No. First they required me to submit video of it not working. Then after I had done that they asked me to remove the filter and put it back in (as though I had not already tried that 3 times?!). Then I replied that I had tried this and the machine still wasn't working and heard nothing back from them. Then I emailed again in the morning. Then I emailed them again at lunch time. Then I hear from them at 6.30pm the next evening. Now they want me to cut the cord (?!) and email a picture of the machine with the cord cut as well as take pictures of the serial number on my machine. And they ask me for my address of where to send the replacement machine, as though they actually have no idea what customer or what order they are dealing with. Wth?? Look, I can't fault the machine. It's a third of the size of my old homedics machine and it's doing a terrific job in a small bedroom. I don't know yet how regularly the filters will need changing but they are less than half the price of what I paid for my homedics ones. I loved my homedics machines but the electronic panel has failed on all three now and I can't tell what settings are activated and I don't want to use UVC or Ion because of the biproducts so they are good for the bin only. I love that these arovec machines just don't have those options so I won't ever have that problem with them. So I still haven't officially been sent a replacement and in the meantime I've purchased the Pro version of this machine as it's on sale and has much better specs. But I just wanted to caution people about what a challenge it can be to deal with them if you have a faulty machine. I'm unsure how common this is though.

Amazing product – It's only 25W. Doesn't take much electricity. Left it running before going to work. I am surprised to see most of my old carpet smell vanished. Noise level is not too much. Luckily got this product on Sale. Show details ·  1

Great product – I bought this air purifier as the replacement filters from my Salin Plus have become too expensive. I suffer from congestion and post nasal drip at night and regularly use anti histamines to sleep. This unit means I slept well without the use of antihistamines. It's a very quiet device, even on max speed. I bought a second one for my bedroom and it doesn't keep me awake. The light hum is like having a sleep sound machine in your room.

to improve. I sleep better too. Every other day, I vacuum the ventilation holes on 4 sides and a bit on the filter too. I'm glad I got this. And the filter is affordable and easy to replace. PS: The highest speed of fan isn't that quiet, but I usually sleep with fan/white noise anyway so it doesn't bother me. Pretty quite on speed 1 and two.

Excellent for our use! – This air purifier has done wonders for our bedroom, considering we have a bearded dragon, 2 cats, and 2 dogs in the room at once as well as a litterbox. new construction in a new region (sydney from perth) about 6 months ago. I began getting sick on what seemed like a semi-monthly timeline. Colds, upper respiratory, ears, eyes; you name it, I had it. Between new allergens and the construction (off gassing vocs and dust) I was not getting better. Thank god for my wife doing research and finding these we bought the twin pack and placed one in the kitchen below the air intake for our home and the other in our bedroom. I am buying the larger one to place below my air intake and moving the second air purifier to my office (where I spend 10-14 hours per day)!

Noise: this is NOT a silent machine but it is not by any means noisy. If youve ever had a white noise machine, this is quieter than most of those.

Ease of use: It is intuitive and easy to use straight out of the box. Overall: I would buy these again for myself or any friend who was struggling with indoor air quality.

These would be perfect for a nursery and with a nightlight function it would be easy to check on baby while sleeping!

I am now a believer in air purifiers and will be buying the smaller desk version to take on business travel with me!

the insane amount of fumes that come as a result of her cooking is equally astonishing and horrifying.

Since Arovec has the best quality filter, better than another Air purifiers. it was a very easy decision for me to purchase the Arovec air purifier over other brands. With the auto adjusting feature I don’t need to worry about teaching her or reminding her to adjust the air flow when cooking; Arovec does it on its own!

My mom’s allergies have been so much better! She doesn’t have trouble sleeping anymore and I have peace of mind knowing that she has clean air that won’t cause a resurfacing of cancer

i can say is WOW!! There are three setting, and I use setting 2 at night and I can barely hear it. I sleep better and my sinuses feel better. I plan to order a larger one for my living room/ Dining room.

that my room smelled much better (I had apparently gone nose blind to the laundry smell) but the air quality wasn't any better. In fact dust seemed like it was floating around more than ever. Quiet and very effective – This air purifier proves they don't have to be big and cumbersome to be effective. And it's far more quiet than my older unit.
