The owners of the entity of the dropshipper all appear to be of chinese/asian origin & supply cheap trash products.
You can buy the same products on temu for half the cost.
They have websites that look like they are specialist businesses in that field & their products rarely look like the pictures & never have the assumed quality or size.

Very bad customer service! Do not buy their products on Amazon. They are impossible to get hold of. Their products are inferior and do not represent the pictures. Poor quality and then do not give free postage returns. I will never buy an Artiss product agin! Amazon is excellent and I purchase all the time from Amazon... however I urge you not to buy Artiss from Amazon as you will have inferior products and then not be able to return them!

comfortably on. The lower back arch protrudes so far forward I have to keep both feet on the floor just to stay in the chair. After contacting Artiss regarding the poor quality and design their answer was that this chair is designed as a smaller size for slimmer people ! I find this answer very insulting as I'm 67 years old and weigh 67 kilo's. Their reply was that there is nothing wrong with the chair. Terrible company so please don't waste your money with them !

Bought a queen bed frame less than two years ago.. The frame has broken along my side of the bed from sitting down each night while getting onto bed. I’ve had to make up a bracket to support. Quality is pretty poor.

This company has had in excess of ten people ask for the same information only to try make me give up the claim. The Chinese CEO should be banned from dealing in Australia. I bought a Christmas tree through amazon from them. The product was damaged. I asked for a return and they agreed ( obviously an automated message) but I had to pay for the return. I tried to come in contact with them cause I found it unfair and against the consumer’s law, but no answer on the phone. I emailed them through their site but no luck again. Just terrible. No customer service. Stay away from them.

Purchased an item from Amazon they were the third party supplier,, Item was a hot plate that requires a 15amp power circuit so can not be pluged into an Australian outlet, They will only send me return authorization once they see aphoto of it reboxed. I have to pay for postage 40+ dollars.. Stay clear of this company

How the hell are you supposed to know if there is a problem if you dont assemble it. Spoken to Fair Trading and following their advice. This is Not over.

It is compact enough to fit easily in the corner of the room, it looks stylish and is very comfortable. Extremely easy to assemble and not too heavy for one person to be able to move it around.

Follow-up · It has been one month since I had the chairs delivered and as I bought them for visitors chairs I can only comment that every single person that has sat in them has absolutely said how comfortable they are and thought they were worth so much more than I paid for them. Then once I told them that they are actually push back recliners They simply don’t want to leave because they get so comfortable.

Fantastic products - well made, look great and outstanding value! – Bought the 9 piece wall mounted shelf set. I wanted a really solid shelf mounting system and the metallic industrial piping look was perfect for the commercial application it has been used in. The components are well made and look fantastic. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing a product from this company. I ordered a storage ottoman. It was missing a large piece of melamine. I contacted the company and they sent me another ottoman. This box was missing 2 pieces. They refused to send me the missing part or collect the 2 boxes. So now I have 2 get rid of 2 large boxes. They did refund my money. On a positive note, their communication was good.

Item purchased through amazon. This company used a low-rate courier to ship my item. Upon investigating after my package being one week late, I learned that said courier does not even deliver to my location. I know I will not be receiving my item unless I drive 2-4 hours to the depot, which the courier company cannot advise the location of. Amazon will send me a refund and I will not be shopping with Artiss again.
I forgot my previous bad experience and did it again. Like i needed to be reminded how terrible this business is and how poorly constructed their products are.
