So happy with my 2 new lounges – Great customer service at the store and very helpful. The delivery service was excellent.
Great experience – I unfortunately can’t remember the name of the lady who served us. But she was amazing- usually from eureka. She made everything easy, helped with picking colours and styles I went in having zero idea. No hard sells or pushing. Just felt like chatting to a gf over furniture. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back when we want more furniture.

Purchased 2 display cabinets as a set. ($1000). Cost $198 for delivery. One was damaged upon opening the box. The company took no responsibility for the cost of delivery or inconvenience, expecting me to return the goods (another $198), offering me a refund on only the damaged item and a credit at their store on the second. Out of all the shops we visited, this was by far our best experience yesterday – Dilmi was so warm & helpful. Appreciated her help. It was great to have someone willing to help us.she showed us the different tables & chairs available. We were happy with the range of products & satisfied with our purchase.

scratched. Immediately on delivery, I had raised the issue with aftercare service centre. They booked a technician who never rectified anything. When I called back after a month to the After care centre, I was told the technician attended when I was not at home. .... I will never buy anything from there.
Don’t waste your money – Would NOT recommend, while sales staff are lovely & go above the aftercare of faulty product is non existent in my experience. After several attempts, photo evidence and thousands of dollars spent at this store to do multiple rooms in the house. They have completely ignored my issue and will not pick up the phone to discuss. Great product just not delivered in the best condition – The guys were friendly and the product they brought was correct however the 2 seater couch upon inspection was found to have a small scratch/chunk missing off the side of the leather couch. Show details

really a nice gesture. The lounge set was also really a nice addition to the living room and very comfortable, modern and stylish. Every one at home is really happy with the product. Also the delivery guys they sent out was super helpful and friendly. Did an awesome and efficient job.
However the lounge set I received had a slight damaged to the base, and I submitted an aftercare form over their website and it has been two weeks now I haven’t heard back from their after care team at all. Not a single phone call or a text, email or nothing. I would be happy if they had informed me that they can’t do anything about it rather being ignorant. I would love to offer the Virginia store and the delivery team 5 stars but their aftercare department seems to be ignorant and doesn’t care about the customers, which is not what we expect after spending a good amount of money on their products.
Extremely happy customer – I was extremely impressed by the helpfulness and knowledge of the staff members. I never felt pressured in my purchasing considerations. I felt like the staff members really wanted me to find the perfect outdoor setting for my new deck.

ongoing attempts we had been making to purchase it from floor stock the past week! I believe Ashley furniture took advantage of us wanting the item and it was “take it or leave it” as we didn’t want /couldn’t wait for a back order. Once the couch arrives I will be pursuing a claim through consumer affairs as I believe the regional manager is in the wrong!

Ok, but felt disclosure was a bit late coming – The showroom was lovely, and the sales assistant was very accommodating to work out a package for me. However it wasn’t until I had committed to the sale that it was disclosed there wasn’t stock in hand and that I would be waiting 6-8 weeks for the furniture I bought.
