our overall experience. Andrew took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and never made us feel like ‘just another client’. He was very patient, made us feel confident in our choices and ensured we felt heard in every decision and conversation.

The design team were also fantastic. They were extremely flexible and open-minded and allowed us to bring our own ideas to the table - especially around our floor plan and facade. We wanted our home to feel as custom as possible with a strong Hamptons design and they absolutely delivered. They listened to our wants and vision, worked with us to refine it and helped create a home with beautiful street appeal and cohesive internal selections that feel thoughtful and high end.

During the build, the construction team continued that same supportive approach. They were accomodating when we requested changes along the way, including additions such as bulkheads, slight door adjustments and stair design modifications. Nothing ever felt too hard and we always felt like our requests were handled respectfully.

One of the biggest standouts was how efficient and smooth the build was. Our build timeframe was very short and this was clearly due to the excellent scheduling and organisation of our supervisor and trades. The site ran smoothly, trades were well coordinated and the overall process felt structured and well managed.
